My family and I was not satisfied with the hotel accommodations this particular visit.
Pros:

The Location was Great

Cons:

1) We stayed in room S03 bathroom had broken ceramic wall tiles, No soap dish in shower we had to leave our soap on the shower floor. The bathroom was designed awkward where it was difficult to access the sink and toilet paper rack was not secured properly, the toilet paper kept falling on the floor.
2) The elevator floor mat was very dirty and soiled for all 3 days we were there.
Iv'e stayed at this location previously and the room was much larger. This particular room you could not even sit at the desk because it's very close to the bed.
3) The sidewalk was not swept lots of debris outside and lot of sand on the streets due to construction.

Would not stay here again.
Pros:

It was quiet.

Cons:

The property was dirty and unkept inside and outside. Debris and trash all around the entrance, side walk and gutter. The was only steet parking and the area has a lot of abandoned sanitation trucks.
