Parfait pour le quartier superbe et plein centre comme pour la qualité de la chambre et du personnel
Pros:

En plein centre, à deux pas de la cathédrale et d'une grande quantité de petits restaurants, magasins, lieux touristiques et culturels. Personnel, joint par téléphone ou sur place l'après midi très diligent pour répondre, donner des conseils utiles et trouver des solutions si besoin. Système d'entrée qui permet de prendre possession de la chambre à toute heure. Notez que c'est en étage sans ascenseur, pas gênant pour moi, mais à savoir si besoin. Pensez à appeler pour réserver une place de parking si vous la voulez dès la première nuit. Le tarif de l'hôtel comme du parking et très raisonnable pour un hôtel en plein centre. Restaurant de l'hôtel au rez de chaussée si besoin. Grand lit propre, salle de bain assez grande, machine à café expresso dans la chambre avec quelques doses offertes. Excellent à tout point de vue.

Ausreichendes Hotel mitten in Strasbourg mit Parkmöglichkeit
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, direkt in der Altstadt von Strasbourg. Etwas abenteuerlich, aber machbar ist die Organisation des Parkplatzes in einer nahegelegenen Tiefgarage. Man muss an der Ecke einer kleinen Brasserie anhalten und einen Coin holen - zu zweit ist das alles etwas einfacher, aber wenn man allein ist, könnte das etwas stressig werden. Das Parkhaus ist ok, etwas düster und eng, aber für eine Stadt wie Strasbourg ein Muss.
Jetzt, wo ich weiß, wie alles funktioniert, würde ich durchaus wieder hinfahren.

Cons:

Leider konnte ich bei der Abreise keinen Verantwortlichen des Hotels mehr sprechen, sonst hätte ich ihm/ihr persönlich gesagt, dass man den Abfluss im Waschbecken regelmäßig von Haaren befreien muss. Da das Wasser so schlecht ablief, habe ich nachgesehen, ich bin nicht pingelig, aber ich habe ein dickes Haarknäuel im Abfluss gefunden, das ich mir dann einfach wegdenken musste. Bitte regelmäßig den Abfluss reinigen.

Mixed bag of good and bad points. I’m thankful for the upgrade but there needs to be consistency all round to score high

Great location & fairly friendly staff

Cons:

The carpet was not the cleanest nor the towels which some had marks on it.
I also had to change rooms because the shower in the first one did not have a shower head holder which would make it very difficult to wash my hair for the wedding I was attending. It was also not draining properly. I was upgraded to a better room with a better shower but it was on the 4th Floor. I didn’t mind this initially- but there was no one to help me with my bags at checkout. The customer service at the end of a hotel stay is just as crucial as the beginning.
