Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Schöne Lage mit Blick über den Rhein. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und wirkte frisch renoviert.

Cons:

Die Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hafen sind Nachts sehr hell, weil der Hafen die ganze Nacht beleuchtet ist. Etwas üppigere und Lichtdichte Vorhänge wären wünschenswert.

Ich würde diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Personal hat freundlich und flexibel auf Änderungen reagiert. Es standen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Beim nachgebuchten Frühstück mit zusätzlichen externen Gästen gab es keine Probleme.

Die Lage ist echt toll. Das Personal super nett und freundlich. Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Ausblick beim Frühstück grandios.

Wij hebben erg genoten van onze overnachting tijdens onze fietsvakantie.
Pros:

Mooi uitzicht, direct voor het hotel bankjes met uitzicht over de Rijn. Leuk restaurant met lekker eten van dezelfde eigenaar 100 meter verder op.

Cons:

Kamer en douche niet al te groot, maar echt alles was aanwezig inclusief thee, koffie, stoelen enz.

Verbesserung der Kundenfreundlichkeit, beim Frühstück Vermeidung Bewertung Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön.

Leider war das Personal überfordert und ziemlich unfreundlich.

Das Frühstück war teurer im Hotel, als bei Booking. com angegeben ist.
Da ist Vorsicht geboten.

Auch bei der Wahl des Zimmers.
Genaue Angaben vorher bestätigen lassen . Zimmer nicht über
z. B. des Kühlaggregat's, dieses läuft die ganze Nacht und ist sehr laut.
Auch sind in den einzelnen Etagen mehrere Treppen und Stufen.

Beim Frühstück fielen die kleinen Portions- Verpackungen negativ auf
z. B. Marmelade, vielr kleine Verpackungen.
Ausserdem wurde der Hähnchen - oder Putenaufschnitt nicht gekühlt, dieser stand nur auf einer Chromarganplatte.
