Best Western Plus Le Roi Arthur Hotel et Spa

Room 101 has a view of the golf course with very limited view of the lake. Lovely walk around the lake, hydrangeas in abundance. Restaurant was very good, excellent staff and scrumptious dinner. Pool was clean and not too warm, 32 lengths set me up for dinner. Jacuzzi was lovely and warm with no harsh chemicals.

The hotel is situated on a lake and has a spa and golf facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our upgraded suite was lovely. Being out of season, the food menu is limited and there are ongoing works on a new spa - which will be a fabulous addition once completed.

Hotel orienté séminaires en semaine, et qui a un peu de mal a comprendre les besoins d'un couple qui vient se reposer en famille le we. Il préfère accueillir 10 personnes qui se préparent pour un mariage dans une chambre( imaginez la terrasse de la chambre que veiller au calme de l'établissement. Un transfert de chambre - accepté- dans une chambre coutant 30€ moins cher ( de la vue Lac, on a accepté la vue parc). Mais 12€ de geste commercial pour compenser. Alors que nous avpons dépensé plus de 850€ pour 2 chambres, soins bien etre, diner et petit dej pour 4 personnes. Mesquin, directrice arrogante et condescendante.

Touring around Brittany (last week of August) so booked this hotel on our outbound/return journeys (sunday night then again on Thursday)
Sunday we were told the restaurant was closed but we could order off the bar menu. As we had just cycled 70miles and no otger restaurant nearby we decided to eat from the bar menu which consisted of a choice of 4 sandwiches, which were not only expensive but very bad quality. We put this down to being a Sunday evening however when we returned on the Thursday evening we were told once again the restaurant was closed.
The spa which we were allowed to use for an hour was extremely tired with cracked windows round the pool.
Not what you expect from a 4* hotel during the summer holiday period.

Une demi pension avec ce qu on nous a proposé à manger c est très décevant et finalement cela est très cher. Sinon personnel très bien.
