Loved Istanbul , so much to do , a beautiful city , highly recommend
Pros:

The staff were excellent , so friendly and helped with whatever I needed, I had friends staying in a nearby hotel and I asked at reception if they could point me right direction and he took us until we saw it at the end of the street , the room was clean with comfy beds and everything we needed , I was only there for 4 nights and eat out so didn’t use the kitchen area , great location not noisy at all and felt very safe walking about late at night

Pros:

Thank you for everything, it was amazing time. Thanks for your attention to the guests, for help and the hospitality ! The room is great. Also the location is in a quite, safe district. The ferry is not far, just 5 min away from the hotel, also any buses 50m away. We had a great time. We will be happy to come back again!

Okay stay not best. Only location is good. The rooms needs to be updated and more clean
Pros:

the location that it’s close to many things but it’s a very busy street some strong oder nearby but decent. Lots of restaurants in the area and markets. And the manager tried his best to accommodate us and make us happy so he’s good.

Cons:

No breakfast. They overcharged us in person but on booking it’s a different price so there’s $30 missing. Lots of things missing in room it’s not worth the price for what they charge and not provide. I was very uncomfortable the first night and the room was dirty and a very strong Oder in the room like a dead mouse or something or leftover food that grew mold. It’s not a thick hotel blanket it’s basically a towel blanket. No kitchen amenities unless ask. So many items missing so the price they charge is not worth it. The can make it more cleaner and provide more amenities for what they charge. We had to move rooms twice during our week stay there. The only good thing is the location. Although they say they take American Express they actually don’t.

Pros:

Le personnel de l hôtel a ete très prévenant. Nous sommes arrivees tot après une nuit en bus en provenance de Goreme. Nous avons eu thé chaud, chocolats. Le lendemain, ils nous ont réservé un taxi tres tot, pour l aeroport.
