Overall, a good choice! I liked it.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bed was really comfortable.
The shower was clean and nice.
Very good value for money.
Not too far from the city centre (20min walk).
The area felt safe.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was average.
I didn't really like the view from my room (it faced a not-so-nice street).
Because my room was on the top floor, the banner outside hit my window a few times at night and the noise was distracting.
No complementary bottled water in the room (which is standard in most hotels).

Personal muy atento y buen servicio. El hotel es bonito y moderno, limpio y no le falta nada.

Cons:

Se escucha el ruido de la calle por la noche. Por suerte no hubo demasiado movimiento la noche que estuvimos, pero a pesar de haber poco movimiento en la calle, se escuchaba al dormir.

Tutto perfetto. Si raggiunge il centro tranquillamente anche a piedi ma se si vogliono prendere i bus la fermata era proprio a 2 passi. Il personale gentile

Lovely hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

Hotel clean, room lovely, bed comfy. staff friendly and relaxed and went out there way to make u feel welcome, from the cleaners, to kitchen staff to reception.. Breakfast was nice.

Great 2 night stay at the Eler
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was nice and staff went over backwards to accommodate

A quick 48 hours in Tirana. We stayed in Eler based on the reviews. It did not disappoint.
Pros:

The location was extremely convenient.
