Have you ever wondered what it would be like to sleep on a slab of concrete? Look no further, the mattress here is made of solid stone. Do you like deep soaking bathtubs? Well I hope you like taking ice baths because there is no hot water connected to the bath. Want to use that rainfall showerhead? You guessed it, no hot water there either. Only cold showers from that shower head. Like the small balcony to relax on? Well it's too small to put a chair outside, and the tile is disgusting, like it's never been cleaned before, so don't wear any white socks out there. Want to connect to the wifi and maybe do some gaming or some remote work? Well I hope you like dial up internet speed and constant disconnections for no reason. Feeling a bit lonely in your room? Don't worry, the mosquitoes and other small insects will make sure to keep you company all night long.

Pros:

We are frequent travellers and can say that is hotel doesn't deserve more than 2 stars.
After shower the dirty
water sits on the floor throughout the night because the drains do not drain properly.
The shower water is tepid( not properly hot). The water pressure is low.
Overall bathroom cleanliness is poor.
The AC doesn't work properly. It's extremely noisy and crashes in between if we want to increase temperature. This lead to us having sleepless nights. Even after reporting the problem, the hotel did nothing about it.
The mattress is very hard, making us turn all night.
The TV didn't work.
The balcony was filthy.
When we asked for housekeeping to clean our room, all they did was tidy a little bit, empty the bins, but didn't clean the bathroom floor, change the dirty mat nor change our beddings. We were so disappointed that we decided not to ask for housekeeping for the rest of our stay in case dirty gloves ended up touching our bedsheets whilst not changing them.
Finally, the breakfast ( which is offered free) is very disappointing. Very limited choice and doesn't taste as nice as a 4 star hotel should. The street food tastes much much better than this hotels breakfast.
The overall cleanliness in the dining/kitchen area is also poor. I don't expect a 4 star hotel to be giving plastic cups and plates for guests to use. But we had to have small plastic cups for our coffee. Needless to say that other cuttleries also looked not so clean.Very disappointing.

Sorry but this is my first bad hotel review
Pros:

Don’t trust the pictures. Got the suite. Yeah it’s big but it’s not well kept at all. Couch seems like it’s seen better days. Had to ask for a cover to cover my disgust. Cold bath. Veeeerry hard bed. Lost power the first night. I asked to move room but there’s no other suite available.
Location wise, it’s at chok chai 4 a long road full of street food which are great. Besides that, it’s waaayy far from the city. 20km away — at least an hour drive
Glad I only booked 4 nights out of my one month stay
