Pros:

Good location, good price. Downers were that the pool was out of order and the cocktail bar was not open.

Excellent
Pros:

Carolyn at the front desk was an absolute rock star. Super nice and helped me with a double booking. I would give her a raise.

Cons:

The wifi did not work well at all. Even with a hot spot it did not work well. This is my only complaint.

Terrible breakfast, it is usual crap served by 1 star inns. Rooms and hotel is very clean.

Hotel is very clean. Room is well kept.

Cons:

Breakfast was bad. It is worse than a small inn. They served sausage and egg. When we reached egg and sausage was empty. Nobody there replenished the food, just had a coffee and checked out. The lady in charge of it was mad when someone questioned this. Terrible, never book this hotel if you want to enjoy a good breakfast with your family.

Pros:

The staff were all very nice! Common areas were clean and inviting. Breakfast was great!

Cons:

The pool was closed. That was a downer, but no one's fault. Our room was on theb6rh floor and it smelled terrible up there. Another guest brought her dog ( I'm pet owner too and adore my fur baby) but she let the dog poop in the hallway and then just left it there! 😡

Pros:

The breakfast was monotonous. The same items everyday. The scramble eggs were too watery

Cons:

For me compared to other Hotels that I have stayed, the bed and the beddings appears old, they are not changed daily and I was told by one of the staff, that they only vacuum once every 4days-(Unacceptable) especially if you have kids below 5yrs old. As a matter of fact my beddings from a previous night with my kids stain that was visible was used the following day.

very pleasant stay
Pros:

Decent breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Wish it wasn't so noisy at night. the quiet time was definitely not followed on the floor we were on which is not the hotels problem but would have been nice to have a good nights sleep.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante.

En nuestra primera noche, alrededor de la medianoche, el personal intentó entrar dos veces a nuestra habitación porque, aparentemente, pensaban que estaba desocupada. Además, insistieron en que bajáramos a recepción a esa hora para completar el check-in, ya que, según nos informaron, la persona que nos atendió al llegar no había realizado correctamente el procedimiento.

Nos pareció completamente inapropiado que pretendieran resolver un error interno despertando a los huéspedes a medianoche y poniendo en riesgo nuestra sensación de seguridad. Lo más preocupante fue que al día siguiente nunca recibimos una explicación clara ni una disculpa adecuada por lo sucedido.

Al finalizar nuestra estadía, el hotel nos informó que descontaría una de las cinco noches como compensación, un gesto que agradecemos. Sin embargo, el incidente hizo que nos sintiéramos inseguras durante el resto del viaje. Después de que intentaran ingresar a nuestra habitación dos veces en plena noche, fue muy difícil volver a sentirnos tranquilas.

Esperamos que el hotel revise sus procedimientos de check-in y la forma en que maneja este tipo de situaciones para que ningún otro huésped tenga que pasar por una experiencia tan incómoda y alarmante.

Café da manhã nem sempre tinha reposição. A limpeza do quarto não era bem feita, não limpavam os copos e xícaras, não vi aspirar o carpete, isso porque fiquei 12 dias.
