Nice property, frustrating breakfast experience
Pros:

Spacious and beautifully furnished room, with a simple yet well-maintained bathroom. The location is just outside Toledo, which turned out to be a great advantage, offering the opportunity for long walks with breathtaking views. In fact, it provides the best panoramic view of Toledo I have ever seen.
The common areas are charming, tastefully decorated, and very well cared for. A wonderful place to stay if you want to enjoy both comfort and the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Cons:

Breakfast is served by a staff member behind a counter who does not speak English, making communication extremely difficult for guests who do not speak Spanish. I also found it quite unpleasant to have to ask for every single item I wanted to eat, often having to wait in line when the breakfast room was busy. To make matters worse, it was difficult to see what was actually available behind the counter. From a distance, I thought I could see fruit juices, cereals, and perhaps yogurt, but it was impossible to tell for sure or to access any of these items independently. As a result, I never really knew what breakfast options were included or available to guests. Moreover, I had the impression that asking for a second small pastry was not particularly welcomed, despite having only managed to order a cappuccino and a pastry in the first place. I would have liked to have a coffee as well, but to avoid further communication issues, I chose to purchase one from the vending machine in the hotel at my own expense.
I really did not appreciate the lack of freedom during breakfast, especially when communication is so challenging. I would also like to mention that I noticed a cockroach on the wall in one of the common areas, although I understand that these things can occasionally happen.
Had it not been for the very disappointing breakfast experience, I would have happily rated this property a 9 out of 10.
