Very spacious and comfortable room.
Staff was not very friendly or helpful. It took 4 days to have trash picked up from my room, even after I had called and requested this from the front desk.

Po pierwszej nocy pokój nie został posprzątany. Nie otrzymaliśmy nowych ręczników. Po naszej interwencji kolejnego dnia zastaliśmy pościelone jedno łóżko, ale kanapa na której spała nasza córka nie była pościelona.

I don’t even knw if I was put in the right room i paid for, some other hotel guests walked into my room while I was getting dressed then my key was shut off.

Great location, many restaurants a short walk from the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean. A bit higher priced for Greeley, and they frequently host events so this place can get crowded. While I was there they were hosting a beauty pageant, and for some unknown reason the staff blocked off half the parking lot and forced everyone to park on the side furthest away from the entrance. There was no notification at time of booking that this would happen and the staff never explained it during my stay, no signs, no information, just this strange inconvenience for 4 days.
There is no laundry facility in the hotel, but there are several laundromats nearby. Don't go to "Lady Saver" Laundry, that place is a scam. $15.00 for a load of wash $5.00 to dry. for that price you can drop your clothes off at a service and have someone wash, dry and fold your laundry for you.
The hotel bar/restaurant “Meekers” has a good selection of drinks and a small-ish food menu. The service/staff are friendly and attentive, the food isn’t very good. I ate there 1/2 a dozen times during my various stays, the only thing I had that was ok was a burger, a French dip, and the Mac and cheese. Anything with chicken had super-dry chicken, anything with lettuce was lettuce that wasn’t fresh and/or soggy. So it's good for a drink, not so good to satisfy an empty stomach.
All in all it's a Great location, clean/quiet rooms. I’d stay there again for sure
Well the customers was great until the staff member took it apound her self t go three the reservation with a fine home if there was already paid for a confirmation and itinerary . When tired after a long day ( long) the last is somebody telling the 2! reservations were wrong …
Then waking up too a email saying hey we re sch I’ll let you know that it was maybe a personal issue and not billing or credit card problem.
When I called back the nice supervisor explained to me the situation and told me to get back online and reserve the room so that’s y I give 4 stars
Have a better understanding on scondparty billing the big companies know what there doing ,,,👍😭
