Pros:

Good location and the room setup was nice. Full refrigerator, full dishwasher was nice

Cons:

We had to switch rooms because the AC didn't work, the room was dirty, we had to wipe down the tables and there are very large stains in multiple places on the sofa( both units) and there were hats left over in the closet which means the room wasn't thoroughly clean

It would have been 5 star if my kids wouldnt have gotten bitten all over in bed.

Very nice. I would recommend it and would stay here again.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The coffee was good and the chocolate chip cookie was delicious. I like being able to make the room as cool as I like. The shower was very good! Great water pressure.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallway is very worn.

Pros:

I like the cleanness and there was no animal smell, the breakfast was good and the atmosphere was just amazing. I will be visiting again because of the cleanliness of the room and the space we had even with our puppy. Even with us being on the fourth floor i cant complain and i was a little worried at first because with having to bring our puppy I just thought it would be a hassle but it wasnt. I have made this Hotel me and my family our new home for whenever we visit St. Marcus. I just want to Thank the whole Staff for making me and my family feel so welcome.

Cons:

The cleanness' and the comfort of the beds, the sheets was fresh and the mattress did not have that funky smell. And the bathroom was spotless.
