Quiet and peaceful
Poor menu in restaurant and very average food a bit like weatherspoons as its all made off site and heated up, very bland but the service was excellent

Very fresh and comfortable accommodation within walking distance of the terminal. Good breakfast.
Location and clean
So busy, understaffed and food was so overpriced and seriously average.
It was near the airport.
We arrived and were told they didn't have our family room and had to make a room up. Two lifts weren't working so I had to go up one flight of stairs with a small suitcase which was a struggle due to my disability. When moving the quilt on the bed there was a black hair on the bed sheet which is disgusting. The bedside light button was broken and the wires were exposed so someone could get electrocuted so very dangerous. We didn't say anything that night as we were very tired due to trying to find the hotel which wasn't clearly marked from the airport carpark on foot and we spent 1 hr walking round and had an early flight the next day so needed to get some sleep. Bed was uncomfortable and we were expecting more from a Hilton hotel. We'll never stay there again and will avoid all hotels in this chain. Overpriced and had a better night's in a Premier Inn.

It was perfect
Big rooms, huge TV, comfy beds, nice staff. Great deal for this price. Our flight was earlier than the breakfast start, so we got a nice breakfast bag for the go!
Comfortable room facilities were ok
The coffee and tea facilities were poor only enough milk for 2 cups of coffee the breakfast was very poor scrambled eggs was bland and dried up the bacon was cremated and the continental selection was sparse
