Gute und gut gelegene Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer. Alles wie beschrieben. Liegt in der Nähe vieler guter Lokale. Rollervermietung direkt im Greenery. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Frühstück möglich.

Estuvimos en 2 tipos de habitación.
Una doble con terraza en primera planta
Y una triple sin terraza en la segunda planta.
Mucho mejor en la primera planta y con terraza.
Cama muy cómoda.
Alejado del bullicio
Personal muy amable. El chico que te ayuda a subir las maletas muy simpático y habla algo de Español.

Pros:

Siamo stati molto bene al greenery. La stanza è molto spaziosa, pulita, e viene sistemata ogni giorno con cambio asciugamani. Comodissima la navetta da e per il porto gratuita ed è stato anche molto comodo poter noleggiare lo scooter direttamente presso la struttura. Il ragazzo poi che gestiva la sala ristorante e la colazione era gentilissimo, sempre allegro e solare.

Cons:

Il bagno potrebbe essere rimodernato.
Purtroppo la stanza è tanto umida probabilmente perché prende poco sole.

Best Value Stay-Perfect Location and Very Clean
Pros:

I had zero expectations for this hotel and it hit the 9 mark for us. We stayed for 8nights. Best location…everything in the island is close but this is very close to everything north south east and west. It’s spotless and they clean very well every day and changed dirty towels every couple of days. The rooms are just the right size, the air is very effective and there is decent water pressure. Our breakfast was included and we enjoyed the experience every day - the waiter Turah - was the best - always a smile, great service and always offering to help however he could . He made the place so much more amazing

Cons:

The hotel is next to a someone with roosters so if that bothers you this might not be for you. The front desk staff is not pleasant or friendly - but they’re fine, they’re efficient and there is very little interaction. The bathrooms are dark which always annoys me and the showers lean hot but are mostly warm (which honestly isn’t that big of a deal because it’s pretty hot here). The place looks run down on the outside but it’s really perfect especially for the money. I’d it cost more I wouldn’t recommmend it.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Lage ruhig in der Natur. Taxi vom & zum Pier wird am Check-In & Check-Out Tag kostenlos bereitgestellt :)

Leider überwiegen für uns dennoch die negativen Aspekte deutlich. Gerade nach Aufenthalten in Bangkok und anderen Teilen Thailands war die Gastfreundschaft hier nicht wie erwartet :/
Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück: lange Wartezeiten, kein Buffet, kleine Portionen und mehrfach vergessene Bestellungen. Am letzten Tag warteten wir etwa eine Stunde auf das Essen. Ein Mitarbeiter musste 24/7 alle Tische bedienen. Dann wurde beim Gehen auch noch ein Aufpreis für ein Getränk verlangt, was aber bei der Bestellung nicht kommuniziert wurde (am selben Tag, an dem wir über eine Stunde auf unser Essen warteten - Rührei und ein Toast wohlgemerkt).
Die Lage in der Natur ist schön und ruhig, allerdings ist man ohne Roller oder Taxi ziemlich abgeschnitten. Taxis zum Sairee Beach kosten z. B. ab ca. 300 Baht. Anders als bei anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, sind die Taxis zum Pier nicht täglich, sondern nur einmalig zum Check-In & Check-Out kostenfrei gestellt. Für Familien eher nicht geeignet.
Für uns ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis daher nicht überzeugend, da die Preise deutlich über dem liegen, was man in Thailand üblicherweise erwartet. Bei den Preisen würde ich zu diesem Service selbst in Europa und den USA meckern!
