The room was without a window – No daylight! That was nowhere mentioned in the room description or during the booking process. I would never have booked a room without window – specially not for the quite expensive price!
No doubt, the staff were really warm and friendly. Check-in was easy and a breeze with collection of security deposit. However, I was truly shocked when the room type booked is what seemed to be a sub basement unit of the hotel.
Superior room, a first time for me to walk out of the lobby down to a lower level. Sewage smell at the corridor, in the toilet was inevitable. Price wasn’t the lowest of Johor Bahru but I didn’t expect it.
Air conditioning worked but because of the odd room layout, you barely feel the cold air from the bed. No windows, no clock, just a TV. Definitely first and the last for me.
I recently stayed at your hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. However, I noticed a couple of issues that could use improvement. There was an unpleasant smell that occurred intermittently, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the coffee creamer provided was unusually hard and not usable. Addressing these concerns would definitely enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.
