Do halal bussiness. Do proper maintanance of the property. Get some good house keeping staff.

Poor management. Pathetic house keeping. Poor management. Very cheap business tactics they will show you the worst room possible that is booked in the category. Inform you an upgrade is possible. The room they showed was stinky and dirty. It was close to midnight so i accepted despite i didn’t even like the upgraded room. The full room was wet. No cleaning was given to dry the floor. The most unhygienic i have used in KSA. Left the hotel next day despite i booked for 2 days. The receptionist was scolded as he entered my check out just 30 minutes after the their checkout time. Because the guy thought i was asking for refund. They often think every asian dont understand arabic
