Cons:

Instalaciones muy desgastadas , ambiente un poco siniestro. Íbamos a disfrutar de la terraza y del buen tiempo, en principio nos dijeron que la piscina y la terraza estarían disponibles, después que la piscina estaba cerrada por obras y cuando quisimos subir a tomar el sol que solo abrían a partir de las 16.00h.

Everything was truly wonderful — the location, the breakfast, and especially the attentiveness of the staff. I sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality I experienced throughout my stay. Great stay at a great bargain

Great location and easy to work on zoom and then run out and grab something for lunch.

Pool, bar and roof top were closed, and that is why we went. We were not informed when we booked that they were all closed. If we had now we would not have booked

personeel-badkamer-locatie perfect. Wel met open raam veel herrie van de straat maar ja daarvoor zit je in het centrum

Het bed was slecht te zacht verdraaide de een zich in het bed dan voelde de andere persoon het heel goed, alsof je in een boot lag

Very good with some room to improve
Pros:

Great location very central and close to the line 1 metro stop.

The room is nice and large with a balcony overlooking the main street giving you that sense of being in amongst it.

Staff are very friendly and always willing to assist if needed.

Cons:

While none of these are showstoppers there are a couple of things that could be improved even if they are minor:
1. Front doors of most rooms are difficult to open and close as they are dragging along the floor. Need to give them a real push to open and close.
2. This seems to be the breakfast trend on the Iberian peninsula it seems but it would be fantastic if buffet breakfast selection could include some fresh vegetables as well. Buffet was good overall however personally I would have loved to see some cucumbers, tomatoes and avocado on the menu as well. I didn't go hungry by any means but fresh veggies would have been nice.
3. Water pressure in the sink and the shower could be improved. On the topic of shower and toilets as well when the hotel is up for a renovation please close off the bathroom within its own separate room. While the open plan shower and toilet might have seemed like a nice thing 10 years ago, today they just give me anxiety that I'm gonna set off the fire alarm every time I have a shower.

Rezervasyon ödeme yapılmasına rağmen hiç bir sebep gösterilmeden iptal edilmiş. Tesadüfen farkedip başka otel ayarladık. Otele mesaja iki gün sonra dönüş yaptı ama yine bir açıklama yapılmadı
