La ubicación, la limpieza y el trato del personal.
Los colores de la decoración, muy oscuro.
Los platos pequeños del restaurante, incómodos para comer.

Propreté, bon emplacement, le calme dans l’hôtel car il n’y a pas d’enfants, la piscine sur le Rooftop (particulièrement appréciable lorsqu’il fait chaud à Madrid), la possibilité de laisser les bagages à l’accueil après avoir quitté la la chambre à midi

Room was a bit stuffy. If you opened the window noise from assume b/fast was loud. Shower lacked water pressure; very weak
Breakfast and location
Ice-cold water trickled barely from the sink; moreover, the dirty water would not drain. Every day the staff promised to fix it but they didn't. The room was dark and uncomfortable. The sink, the shower and the toilet were in different rooms. Who made such a stupid design? The night light was missing so in order to find our way at night we had to keep the light on the whole night. But on the other hand, every day we received a new packet of condoms. This was a bit surprising, since my husband and I had long since passed our seventies.

Hotel moderno e con grande attenzione al design. Posizione piuttosto buona per raggiungere facilmente le attrazioni principali.
Sicuramente per il prezzo che ha mi sarei aspettata una camera più ampia e meglio organizzata, c’è davvero troppo poco spazio per muoversi e aprire le valigie.
El personal excepcional
Me he alojado en diferentes hoteles de la cadena Barcelona,San Sebastián y Bilbao y el peor con diferencia Madrid,los sillones por ejemplo de recepción y de la terraza un cambio de tapicería ya les vendría bien no por gusto si no por limpieza
La habitación una decepción
La ubicación
La distribución de la habitación con el lavabo a la vista en la misma entrada y el perchero también a la vista. No había bidé, algo imperdonable desde el punto de vista de la higiene. No había plancha de ropa, ni siquiera un calzador. La TV funcionaba mal con apenas varios canales programados.
En general, unas instalaciones muy decepcionantes.
The staff where nice.
Everything was great about the hotel- perfect location , great staff. They gave us room early at 11 am which was a plus as we were tired after a long flight from Mexico ! Everything was walking distance from the hotel!
Breakfast was repetitive and can have more options on different days. Not much options for vegetarian except beans and some rices . Breads were great.
The location is second to none. The interior is well-designed. The reception staff are nice. Don’t miss the cabaret in the theatre area in the basement.
The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Very hard mattress. It’s also the first time I’ve ever had too short a bed.
Tasteful decor yet completely impractical. A thin glass partition between the toilet and the rest of the room is outright ridiculous.
