Reconfim things before you go here. Found the place to be very average.
Pros:

My room was in a corner - did not even have a window. The bathrooms are old and worn out. Breakfast is another building further ahead. Breakfast was below average in selection, taste and quality

Good location, if you want somewhere just to put your head down fine but do not come here if you’re looking for service
Pros:

The cleaning team were a lovely group of ladies—super friendly, warm, and always happy to help. The location is perfect, right in the heart of White Town and close to everything. The balcony areas are pretty (even though I didn’t have one), and the front desk were helpful, after I approached them on my last day, assisting with an ATM issue and arranging my transfer to Chennai airport.

Cons:

A major downside was the breakfast situation, which I think is important for future guests to know. The hotel advertises a rooftop restaurant and breakfast on Booking.com, but this wasn’t actually available during my stay. I was told breakfast isn’t served on-site if the hotel isn’t fully occupied, which is quite disappointing and not something made clear in advance.

Instead, I was directed to another property for breakfast, which was inconvenient. Unfortunately, the breakfast there was extremely basic—easily the most disappointing I’ve had in India. There was no real sense of hospitality, no proper coffee, and overall it felt like a very minimal offering.
When I raised this with a senior member of the front-of-house team, there was little acknowledgment or apology, which added to the frustration.

The room, although labelled deluxe, felt quite tired and dimly lit, and the TV had very limited channels. That said, the bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower, and the cleaning team did a great job keeping everything fresh.

There was also a lack of clear communication from the front desk about things like housekeeping and breakfast arrangements.

Overall, while the price is reasonable, I would personally have preferred to pay a bit more for a hotel with more consistent service and better facilities.

The key thing to consider when booking is: be mindful of reviews on Instagram or YouTube—while the location is great and a balcony room would certainly enhance the stay, there are plenty of fantastic hotels around White Town offering far better service, often for only a small difference in price.

The food (breakfast) is not great and is not served in the hotel (you have to walk 2 min to another hotel). But they are plenty of other options nearby

Don’t be fooled by the look of the photos online.

The location was quite good.

Cons:

The shower didn’t work very well. No housekeeping provided upon arrival. The manager had a heated argument in front of us with a staff member. The restaurant was expensive and the food wasn’t very nice. The free breakfast was offsite and appalling, no tea or coffee after half an hour. The bed was 4 feet off the ground, not so good for a couple in their 70’s even with the steps provided. Very sharp broken tiles on the step into the bathroom. There were no ceiling lights just lamps and the power sockets didn’t work very well.

Pros:

We upgraded to a suite as the room which we booked had no ventilation and the bathroom was damp.the upgrade came with an additional cost, felt we got conned into taking the upgrade as they gave us a bad room to start with.

A great value-for-money stay, comfortable and pleasant overall.
Pros:

I liked the spacious room and the very comfortable bed. The room had everything we needed, including a nice balcony. The breakfast buffet was generous and good, and there was also a small swimming pool.

Cons:

The only small downside was that the swimming pool was smaller than expected, but it was quiet and relaxing since I was the only one using it. There was only one sunbed, so at most only two people could use the area comfortably.
