Pros:

Excellent location. Robin the manager is incredibly nice and helpful: thank you Robin !

Cons:

The food (breakfast) is not great and is not served in the hotel (you have to walk 2 min to another hotel). But they are plenty of other options nearby

Don’t be fooled by the look of the photos online.
Pros:

The location was quite good.

Cons:

The shower didn’t work very well. No housekeeping provided upon arrival. The manager had a heated argument in front of us with a staff member. The restaurant was expensive and the food wasn’t very nice. The free breakfast was offsite and appalling, no tea or coffee after half an hour. The bed was 4 feet off the ground, not so good for a couple in their 70’s even with the steps provided. Very sharp broken tiles on the step into the bathroom. There were no ceiling lights just lamps and the power sockets didn’t work very well.

Pros:

We upgraded to a suite as the room which we booked had no ventilation and the bathroom was damp.the upgrade came with an additional cost, felt we got conned into taking the upgrade as they gave us a bad room to start with.

Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer ohne Fenster,was gar nicht ging. In der zweiten Nacht haben wir ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen

A great value-for-money stay, comfortable and pleasant overall.
Pros:

I liked the spacious room and the very comfortable bed. The room had everything we needed, including a nice balcony. The breakfast buffet was generous and good, and there was also a small swimming pool.

Cons:

The only small downside was that the swimming pool was smaller than expected, but it was quiet and relaxing since I was the only one using it. There was only one sunbed, so at most only two people could use the area comfortably.

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Buona posizione

Cons:

La colazione è veramente scarsa, per noi, intolleranti al glutine, uova o pollo 😕 non siamo neanche riusciti ad ottenere un caffè nero, solo con il latte.

Fabulous location and Robin the hotel manager was a star
Pros:

Fabulous location and was walkable to everywhere from best shops, cafes and beach. Robin who is the hotel manager is fabulous and helpful with every aspect of your stay or questions about the town. He is a legend! Would definitely stay again.

We had a great family holiday in this Frech Architecture Resort in the Pondicherry French Colony

Vaut pour le charme du style colonial et sa situation
Pros:

C’est extérieurement un bel hôtel colonial au cœur de White Town et vraiment idéalement situé.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est très basique et se tenait tantôt dans l’hôtel Krish tantôt dans l’hôtel du Ocean situé à 100m au coin de la rue, (même propriétaire)sans que j’en comprenne les raisons. Service ménage pas au top notamment au niveau de la piscine et des assiettes à débarrasser dans les couloirs.
