I became a first time member.
Pros:

I like that the facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and informative.

Wonderful hotel with great staff and location.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is so unique is decor and design. Really cool features like exposed brick and high ceilings. The room was really roomy and comfortable. All of the supplies you might need to make a meal were supplied in the kitchen area. I loved the snack bag of goodies that were left at our door with a hand written note thanking us for our booking. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best I had experienced.

Cons:

The hotel would have been easy to miss if I wasn't on the look out. The street is very busy and there is not bold welcoming signage that highlights the hotel. I loved being able to bring our pet but I am not sure I agree with the $75-$100 fee for her to spend the night. She is a 7lb dog that slept in her cage on the floor. Not sure that the money was warranted. I would agree with a deposit for a dog that could be returned if there was no damage or detail left behind by a pet. I spent the night in a downtown Chicago hotel the night before and this was how they handled it and that was really appreciated.

Ładny hotel niedaleko centrum i stacji kolejowej.
Pros:

Bardzo duży apartament z aneksem kuchennym. Spora łazienka. Wygodny materac. Hotel i apartament czysty i nowy. Śniadania podstawowe, ale wybór na jeden dzień wystarczający.

Cons:

Liczyłem na wcześniejsze zameldowanie, ale personel niespecjalnie chciał mi to umożliwić. Na plus - przechował moje bagaże. Dość wysoki stosunek jakości do ceny jednak.

部屋が広かった
朝食が美味しかった

Cons:

夜中に騒音で目が覚めた。
上の階か隣の部屋からラジオかテレビの音声がとても大音量で流れていた。
全然眠れなくてフロントに電話してやめてもらえるように伝えた。
30分後何も変わらない。
再度電話したら「チェックしたけどわからない・・・」とのこと。
「そんなわけはない！部屋に来てチェックして欲しい」と伝えても
「フロントは私1人しかいないから行けない。何もできない。」
いやいや・・・1人で行けないなら、何も調べてないでしょ！
とても失礼で怠慢なスタッフでした。

「ホテル」という場所は「安心して休める場所」だと思います。
Motelではありません。
朝まで全く眠れませんでした・・・お金返して欲しいです。

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Chief does a great job. Food always good and service are amazing. Coffee is really fresh and great taste. Every time we come the Chief will have new items on the menu. Makes each experience new.
