Rooms were large with vaulted ceilings
Staff was rude and breakfast was not properly stocked - lazy staff. No napkins, coffee, or syrup for waffles.
I love location and the complementary breakfast.
The customer service is not the best. The room was not properly cleaned and the bathroom sink, water went down very slow. Causing me to use kitchen sink when in need. When I notified the front desk the urgency to fix it was not an urgency.

The building is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was exceptional. Our room was was clean. I really appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in our room.
The room itself and location weren’t bad. Room needs better cleaning and maintenance. One front desk person of the 4 we interacted with was good
Sink was clogged in bathroom, toilet paper holder broken, bottle caps from previous guests on floor, etc terrible customer service. Valet was a total mess, lost front desk people just weren’t professional

The location was great. Near my event and next to the market.
The building is on a street that seems to attract people who speed down the road at late hours blasting music even though it’s a week night. The place was minimally staffed although they were reachable by text. Supplies and cooking tools were sparse. I had to call to get more and it was only a two night stay. The bed was saggy and not very comfortable. The room for a suite was also very small. It was essentially a tiny hotel room with a kitchen galley rather than a coffee counter. Overall the service, atmosphere and decorations didn’t warrant the high price. If I had paid less I would have not thought about these drawbacks but paying so much made them stand out.
This hotel room might be the most unclean room I have ever stayed in. There were mysterious stains all over, leftover crumbs from someone else and mold.
The property was beautiful and the whole staff was amazing. The valet team asked if I was planning on leaving the hotel the same time every morning and had my vehicle ready before I requested it. The attention to detail was fabulous!
Excellent location right near the third ward. Beautifully restored historic building. Courtney at the front desk and David at breakfast were both wonderful. Vegan options at breakfast were a pleasant surprise.
