Pros:

Sehr zentrale, aber ruhige Lage. Alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstück war super lecker und auf Wunsch kriegt man sogar frische Omeletten. Besonders freundlich und angenehm waren auch die Mitarbeitenden. Insbesondere Adam, der mich um 4 Uhr morgens einchecken durfte, war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Ich würde Boutique Hotel Baku allen weiterempfehlen....
Pros:

Baku ist meine Heimat, mein Zuhause. Dort fühle ich mich auch im Hotel sicher und willkommend. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, so wie ich mein Volk kenne. Adam, Ragil, Ayhan, Rasul (hoffentlich habe ich richtig alle Namen geschrieben) sind die beste Besetzung der Rezeptions. Wir kamen nachts und haben alles vorbereitet, wie besprochen, vorgefunden. Die Lage dieses Hotels ist zentral, man kann wichtige Sehenwürdigkeiten auch zu Fuss erreichen. Der Frühstück hat unsere Ansprüche erfüllt. Der junge Mann im Restaurant war sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Es soll ein bisschen mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden....

I would return here if I need
Pros:

I spent there one night and overall experience was very nice. Everything was corresponding to the description and the photos. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, right in city centre.

The front office team will make your journey at this hotel
Pros:

Rahil bey , the front office manager was very kind , i’m giving a 10/10 immediately for his warm behaviors , before i even step in the hotel he helped me a lot and checked on my flight till i reached the hotel and even helped me with my bags to get them to the taxi after checking out , very generous very kind and very helpful , professional and always wearing a warm smile. and also adam and the front office team were helpful and respectful and always listening to concerns and extremely respectful and kind .

Cons:

I would say my room was loud , i could hear alot of strong noises coming from the elevator i think . And one thing i didn’t like at all was that even when i used the DND card i found the housekeeper in my room cleaning and i immediately told her it’s DND on the door , she left respectfully but i believe the privacy needs to be more respected
I still recommend this hotel without any doubt

Pulizia molto scarsa, doccia rotta. La domenica non puliscono affatto. Lenzuola cambiano ogni 3 giorni.
Mi hanno offerto servizio taxi aereoporto-Baku chiedendomi tre volte tanto il valore di Bolt-Uber, mi hanno fatto pagare 30 manat per aver accolto una persona in camera per 8 minuti.

Pros:

Everything was nice, the location, beddings and everything else. The bathrooms had heated floors so the wet floors would get dry really quick. Loved the stay. 10/10

The hotel management was super supportive, 10/10.

Cons:

The carpets need cleaning, gets a little itchy if you walk barefooted!

Very nice staff especially Mr.Nabi
Pros:

First of all i want to tell thanks to Mr.Nabi for helping us with everything,he was at night shift. We have some problems but staff immediately comes and helps us with everything we needed. The location of hotel was very, near the nizami street. Of course i will return to this hotel, but this time with my all family!

Great hotel in the heart of Baku
Pros:

Great location close to the main street. Within walking distance of main tourist spots. Clean and tidy room with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great too.
