Happy with my stay! Great location, good price, trustworthy staff and comfortable bed
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was met by a welcoming staff member, Elbrus, who made sure my stay was pleasant and helped with booking requests I had.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The sleep was amazing with no interuptions. I didn't experience any noise from the hallway or other guests. I had windows and balcony toward a quiet side street (their main entry), although the hotel is a 4-5 minute walk from the bustling Nizami street and traffic. The location was +++ as it was easy to reach the main tourist street and restaurants.

Very close to the hotel is a cheap grocery store "SPAR" where I would get items at the end of the day. The wardrobe was big and there was also a lot of clothes hanging options. The TV had a mix of azeri, turkish and russian channels (I speak none of these).

My stay had breakfast included, which was served at the top floor with a nice view over the city. The menu was pretty similar everyday but with lots of options, taste was alright.

I had read a lot of negative things about hotels in Baku in general but did my research before booking and I'm glad that I chose this hotel as everything went smoothly. They even organized transports from/to the airport, even though I arrived and left around midnight both times

Cons:

The bathroom felt like it could need some upgrading. The toilet paper holder was loose and the shower head got disconnected from the hose a few times, but these were not major issues during my stay

Pros:

The location is very convenient for exploring the Old Town; excellent organization of excursions.
Great staff, especially Elbrus from the front office, but also all the other employees.

В отеле останавливаемся регулярно вот уже 5 лет. Приятно, что нас узнают, помогают, всегда внимательны ко всем пожелания
Pros:

Идеальное расположение - центр города в пешей доступности, комфортные номера с маленькими балконами, вкусный завтрак и очень доброжелательный персонал. Есть возможность трансфера, хорошие автомобили и очень профессиональные водители!

Pros:

Great location, close to everything, large room with exquisite furniture, very clean. And most importantly the guys at the reception, Rovshan and Elbrus, were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about local stuff and all around great guys!

Excellent hotel with a great location, clean rooms, and outstanding service. Special thanks to ELBRUS at the reception for his warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness. Also, many thanks to his colleague who works the night shift after midnight for his helpfulness and excellent service. Highly recommended!

This was my second visit to this hotel, and there will be more to come
Pros:

The reception team Ravshan and Elburs were so helpful , the hotel is so clean I rented the Royal suite it has every thing i wanted for my vecation , the free breakfast was delicious and they have lots of different kinds of food

В первую очередь администраторы Роман и Эльбрус . Очень радушные, внимательные, неоднократно оказывали помощь в нестандартных ситуациях. Что в свою очередь путешествие делало приятным и комфортным. Номер эконом был на 4 этаже 406, маленький, но все было хорошо, так как часто выезжала на экскурсии и гуляла по городу. В номере только ночевала. Постельное белье хорошее, белоснежное. Завтраки прекрасные, сытные и вкусные. На экскурсии вместо завтрака в отеле выдавали сухие завтраки. Расположение прекрасное, близко к основным достопримечательным объектам и в тоже время тишина в отеле
