Excellent.
Pros:

Location is excellent! The apartment is clean and spacious. Has all amenities you want.

Cons:

The floor was very cold (tiles). The apartment is located across a garbage point (gets noisy when they throw away glass)

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Solo que la calle donde está ubicado es bastante fea.

Cons:

La quinta cama estaba en la mitad de la cocina. Es un ambiente muy chico donde convive el living, la cocina y la cama para la quinta persona.
El departamento no estaba muy limpio.

Pros:

- localisation de l'appartement, en plein centre

Cons:

- fenêtres mal isolés. Nous avons entendu toute la nuit les bruits venant de l'extérieur: fêtards, poubelles devant la porte qui se font vider chaque nuit par un camion. Du coup, nous avons du déménagé dans une autre chambre. Celle-ci était un peu mieux.
- canapé-lit absolument à changer de leur part. Ne comptez pas à dormir sur celui-ci.

Pros:

The apartments are very clean, spacious, and the location is perfect. We were able to walk to many places. I stayed with my family and they loved it. We also booked a taxi with them from the airport to nQn Aparts. The driver was punctual and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Pros:

Amazing location in the center of Madrid, 3 minutes walk from Gand Via metro station.
A lot of restaurants and super markets are available around.
Very clean apartment with renovated furniture. The kitchen is well equipped.
The staff are extremely friendly.
We stored our luggage for free after check out as our flight was in the evening.

Cons:

The bathroom is al little bit small.
The mattress of the sofa bed is not comfortable.
