Clean, well maintained, and front desk staff were attentive
Pros:

The location was perfect as it off of Grab Vie but not on the Gran Vie.
Room was clean and fully stocked kitchen.
Staff were attentive and were on the ball with our reservation. Polite and professional.

Cons:

We wish we rented the 1 bedroom rather than the studio. Great for 1 person but a bit cramped for a couple. I kept hitting my head on the slanted roof to get to the closet and I’m 5’4”.
Also, there is a couple of steps to get to the front desk and elevator from the front door, a small ramp might be helpful.

la ubicacion del hotel , el personal y la habitacion

Cons:

Lamentablemnete la habitacion estaba con las ventanas a la calle y habia una bulla terrible todas las noches, y duraba hasta las 6 am . recogian la basura de las botellas unas 4 veces al dia y noche y fue un escandalo, no pudismos descansar , abajo la gente hablando riendo y las botellas que sonaban , eso fue una pesima experiencia, el hotel es muy lindo , el personal que nos atendio igual pero la habitacion deberia tener ventanas para el sonido .

Alojamiento ideal. En pleno centro de Madrid. Cerca de toda la zona comercial y de ocio, así como las zonas de interés turístico.
Muy bien insonorizado. Apenas se escucha el bullicio de la calle.
Cuenta con todo el menaje necesario para hacer una cocina sencilla y también lavadora, tendedero y plancha.
Pequeño pero muy acogedor. Ideal para 4 personas

La localización, excelente a un paso de la gran vía, te da acceso a puntos de interés incluso caminando. El espacio muy limpio, y bonito. La comunicación con el lugar fue correcta.

Cons:

El apartamento que nos tocó tiene un techo bajo en la zona de la cama y guardarropas que hace que camines por allí inclinado. Eso es.muy incómodo me golpie varias veces la cabeza. La zona es muy buena, la calle en la que está situado el edificio, muy fea.
