Staf baik.

Cons:

- toilet rosak, tak boleh pam, air paip takde. The only air yg ada hanyalah shower.
- when i complained to the front desk, staff named 'Sri' (as what she claimed), was just laughing.
- staf hanya bagi baldi (gayung pun takde) dan pepandailah Tadah air dan flush sendiri.
- tilam keras, takde katil. Hanya lantai yang ditinggikan. Mcm stail jepun. Tak selesa langsung utk bangun duduk.
- bilik tingkat 3, takde lift.

The location is good; the nearby shops can meet basic needs. There are restaurants and convenience stores.

It is equipped with a hot and cold water system in the corridor for easy use.

The room is equipped with instant coffee, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. These basic amenities are provided.

Parking spaces are also available downstairs.

Cons:

I was extremely disappointed with the 6-person room I stayed in; it was probably the worst room I've ever stayed in.

The room is cramped, only enough for sleeping, with little room to move around.

The toilet is the biggest problem; the toilet bowl can't flush, and the spray nozzle next to the toilet is unusable.The floor drain is clogged and there is no way to drain water. Like banjir kilat.

These are all major issues. The following are minor issues.

The faucet on the toilet sink was wobbling and swaying, like a drunkard.

The card reader makes a loud, abnormal noise; it keeps buzzing all night.

Shower equipment that is too close to the wall is likely to cause you to bump into it.

Another issue is hygiene; there is obvious dust on the television, which I believe is due to neglect in cleaning.
