Parking Pass and Rules:
Visit the front desk to receive your parking pass. Please hang the parking pass from the rearview mirror at all times to avoid the vehicle from being towed. Large, oversize vehicles or boat trailers are prohibited and will be towed without vehicle owner's consent. Parking in the fire lane or in front of the dumpster is not permitted.
Package Handling and Storage Fees:
The hotel front desk will only receive and hold packages for registered guests. A $3.00 handling fee will be charged to the room of the package recipient for each package received. An additional $50.00 handling fee will be charged for each package received that is over 30 lbs. Packages will be held for up to seven days. The hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Upon check in I was told that I would not receive room service because im there just 2 nights. I left my open suit case on the bed Saturday morning, come back to find room service cleaned the room and 3 pair of brand new VS underwear was missing. I asked the front desk why was someone in my room when I was told that no one would clean it and I had 3 missing items. They told me to call the police to make a report on the housekeeper which was Haitian. So instead of accommodating me some type of was they rather for me to travel 4 hours back to court to persuade charges on someone who you instructed to clean my room, which has not should have been so. Then he told me if I did not want someone in my room I should have put a do not disturb sign on the door so no one will enter. Why would someone be in my room after I was told that I would not receive housekeeping and proceeded to do so without my consent. On top of that i woke up to a declined transaction because no money was in that account of on June 21, 2026 for $90.97 AGAIN after I $190.97 3 hours alone arrival, $10 a night for parking, and then another $312.32. The guy at the front desk stated that something was not paid so don’t worry about it When I went to check out I told the guy who was rude, argumentative, and if I did not like it call the bank and dispute the charges cause they not doing anything. I called booking customer service and spoke with someone about this situation, they stated that they was calling the hotel and they will call me back because the hotel was not suppose to do that, they need to take accountability of the actions that took place without me having to press charges on someone that they put on their list of rooms to clean, they went upon their instructions. My privacy was violated, and unauthorized charges was attempted to be made.
I booked this room for tenants due to no AC. They rejected them and would not let them in the room I booked for them then cancelled my reservation and kept my money. I booked them here to do proximity to their home. This is the second time I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The first was when I was with a friend who wanted a change of room, due to her rooms location and she being an elderly woman. That time the staff had Broward Sheriff office escort her out and they kept her money for the room also
Everything. Staff disgustingly rude hung up on me several times. Manager not available ever and when he is he is a horrible man.

In seriousness, it was corporate and sterile, so in a "you know what you're getting" kind of way it was more than acceptable.
I was a bit disappointed, to be honest. I thought the location would be better, with more facilities around it, and I thought the hotel would feel a bit more special than it did. The room felt stark, with the high ceiling making it feel a little cold and functional rather than welcoming.

Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and very clean all around.
The water wasnt closer. In a very strange location with only a few things in walking distance so that was quite a bummer.
Front desk personnel wasn’t too much gentle
First of all the manager and front desk was very receptive and welcoming. Very helpful. We had an issue with our card and payment. Sharima Sahib the front office manager was very professional and the problem was solved.
