Parking Pass and Rules:

Visit the front desk to receive your parking pass. Please hang the parking pass from the rearview mirror at all times to avoid the vehicle from being towed. Large, oversize vehicles or boat trailers are prohibited and will be towed without vehicle owner's consent. Parking in the fire lane or in front of the dumpster is not permitted.

Package Handling and Storage Fees:

The hotel front desk will only receive and hold packages for registered guests. A $3.00 handling fee will be charged to the room of the package recipient for each package received. An additional $50.00 handling fee will be charged for each package received that is over 30 lbs. Packages will be held for up to seven days. The hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

The location was good
Pros:

The free coffee, tea, etc… in the lobby

Cons:

That the room wasn’t cleaned. They informed us they only clean every other day. I did not expect to stay at a hotel & have to make my own bed.

Florida Spring Break!
Pros:

Great stay!! 7 minute drive from beautiful beaches.Hearty breakfast. Hotel was very clean. Walmart just across so you can get some food and snacks for beach. Only negative I can comment on, no balcony, and no safety deposit box. Otherwise....Fantastic! I would stay again :)

True Life Savers
Pros:

I arrived at the Hampton Inn to find that a system error between the hotel and my third-party booking site had left me without a room. After a grueling day/night of travel, the situation was incredibly frustrating. Fortunately, Sharima (Front Office Manager) and Divya (Assistant) stepped in. These two ladies spent two hours late into the night and early morning working to resolve the third-party error. I am so grateful for their persistence and care—they were true lifesavers!

Welcoming Staff Member
Pros:

The staff was accommodating with an early check in once the room was ready, offered us a bagged breakfast while we waited for the room, and helped us with the snack bar checkout process.

Sharima S. suggested nearby attractions, took her time to visit with us and make us feel welcome while we were at the hotel snack bar after a long day.

She made us feel like family when she shared her new grandson’s picture with us and asked if we had grandchildren.

Connecting with us on a personal level made us feel extra special and blessed our hearts.

We highly recommend this Hampton Inn in Pompano Beach!

Nice property and accommodations, staff could use some retraining regarding guest satisfaction.
Pros:

The location was good, with a lot of walkable destinations close by. Rooms were clean. Good water pressure.

Cons:

Only one elevator was working. There were a lot of guests so there was a lot of waiting for the elevator. The breakfast staff was taking things away and closing the area before the posted end of breakfast, while guests were still trying to get food.
