Parking Pass and Rules:

Visit the front desk to receive your parking pass. Please hang the parking pass from the rearview mirror at all times to avoid the vehicle from being towed. Large, oversize vehicles or boat trailers are prohibited and will be towed without vehicle owner's consent. Parking in the fire lane or in front of the dumpster is not permitted.

Package Handling and Storage Fees:

The hotel front desk will only receive and hold packages for registered guests. A $3.00 handling fee will be charged to the room of the package recipient for each package received. An additional $50.00 handling fee will be charged for each package received that is over 30 lbs. Packages will be held for up to seven days. The hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Pros:

Breakfast was hot and good. I was actually surprised at the Denver omelet tasting good! They however need to put the juice machine in a more open area. It was next to the waffle maker and was very congested. I could not get juice until after I finished eating.

It was priced appropriately.

Cons:

They did not offer daily maid service. The room was small. The room’s air/heat was loud and we were either cold or hot. There wasn’t a temperature thermostat

Everything was good i would stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was great

Cons:

The refrigerator in my room had a bad odor and i didn't like how the billing was broken up in different ways also when i booked it didn't say nothing about a 100 deposit because when you traviling you kneed to know what your bill is all in one transaction.

Pros:

The staff was amazing and very helpful. They checked in on me every day to make sure I had what I needed. Very nice! The breakfast was tasty and convenient. The hotel was very clean. And it was close to the beach and different restaurants. Overall it was an excellent hotel.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard. Very firm. The elevator took forever. They need more than one elevator for all of those people and floors. And not having a working washer and dryer when I stayed was really inconvenient.

Cons:

Our toilet wouldn’t flush and no one came after it was reported. The TV remote would not work. Breakfast staff was rude.

Mala experiencia con la jefa de recepción que trato mal a mi esposa y nos amenazo con echarnos solamente porque mi esposa se quejó que el otro ascensor estaba malo y se hacían filas para poder subir en 1 solo ascensor ya que el hotel estaba lleno aparte que la trato de chismosa solamente porque nos quejamos , también se nos quedó un paquete de pastillas al cual regresamos 4 horas después y nadie sabía nada ( osea se las robaron ) era nuestra tercera vez que íbamos a ese hotel pero creo que no volveremos más ahí
