Local lindo, confortável mas o serviço todo deixa desejar.
Pros:

Quarto limpo e confortável , vista para a serra bem bonita.

Cons:

- Chekin demrou muito, havia um atendente despreparado que sequer encontrava minha reserva.
- A comida deixa desejar e o hall todo cheira a comida frita.

Cons:

Só voltar da massagem estava bem escuro e as luzes entre a massagem e o hotel estavam apagadas tive que usar o celular para iluminar parte do caminho. Achei o preço meio salgado dos sucos cobrados adicionalmente.

Simpatia de todos. Limpeza. Otimo cafe e almoço. Lugar lindo, muita natureza e o que mais gostei foi do acolhimento dos cachorros que eles tem. Super pet friendly. Estao de parabens!!

Hotel lindo, muito espaço ao ar livre, tudo muito bem cuidado, limpo e quarto confortável. Excelente para descansar e ter contato com a natureza.

Cons:

TV do quarto não é smart, entao não tem como conectar canais de streaming.

O hotel deve investir mais em lazer, nas piscinas e no spa.

Gostei do tamanho do hotel, do espaço verde, dos jardins e das acomodações.

Cons:

Não gostei tanto do tamanho das piscinas e do fato de as jacuzzis não estarem funcionando.

Um lugar maravilhoso, ambiente agradável e excelente. Tudo muito bom a comida é impecável não deixou nada a desejar

Gostei de todas as coisas na acomodação, muito bom.

Cons:

A Hidro da banheira não estava funcionando e nas refeições os funcionários seguem a risca os horários, então se você chegar um pouco antes do horário do encerramento você quase não consegue comer
