Horrible experience – avoid this hotel and save your money!

Cons:

It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Although it is located in the mountains, you will not get any peace or quiet. The main road is so close that the horrible car traffic noise makes you feel like you are in the middle of a busy city.The rooms are completely uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning, making the rooms hot and hard to sleep in. There are also no window curtains, meaning the blinding sun forces you to wake up the moment it rises.The facilities are in terrible shape. The bathroom is ancient and the toilet was broken. To make matters worse, the hotel restaurant is bad. Save your money and choose a different property if you plan to visit this area!

Обсудили с сотрудниками, что с гостями нужно быть более доброжелательными.

Великолепное расположение, вид, природа.
Вкусный ужин и очень неплохой завтрак.

Cons:

Под окнами стройка. Когда выбираешь такой отель, хотелось бы тишины, а не слушать, как заколачивают сваи в 8 утра.
В номерах нет кондиционеров и нет штор blackout. Тонкие деревянные стены, а также великолепная акустика не позволяют встать попозже. У соседа сверху звонил телефон- разбудил и меня и ребенка.
Нет пандусов. Не помогли с чемоданами ( мы были женской компанией) и пришлось самим с лестницы спускать чемодан. На ресепшен получила не совсем клиентоориентированный ответ: «ну и чего вы хотите?!».
На территории живут 2 павлина. Красивые, но орут знатно.

Schrecklich buchen sie nicht!

Sehr wenig, warme Dusche und die Aussicht. Das war es dann leider auch.

Cons:

Wir machen eine Rundreise durch Armenien und wollten uns für drei Tage eine Suite gönnen. Leider ein totaler Reinfall völlig überteuert, möbel alt und abgeranzt, Personal extrem unhöflich, Baustelle im Resort, es hat einmal gehagelt und Wasser ist durch die Eingangstür gekommen. Wir haben unsere Fischhandtücher benutzt um das Wasser draußen zu halten. Anschließend wollten wir neue Handtücher bekommen und haben Fußhandtücher in die Hand gedrückt bekommen. Man hat sich überhaupt nicht willkommen gefühlt man wurde nicht verdient wenn man Mal nen Kaffee haben wollte. Das Ressort sieht von innen aus wie ein Camp. Ich bin extrem sauer mein Geld dafür ausgegeben zu haben im Vergleich zu den bisherigen Unterkünften eine komplette Abzocke.
