Pros:

Se potessi mettere 1000 stelle, le metterei. La struttura è meravigliosa, immersa nella natura, con tanti animali educati che vagano nei dintorni delle casette. Le casette sono meravigliose, spaziose, pulite; oltretutto dal balconcino si vede una vista sulle stelle spettacolare. Ma il vero punto forte di questa struttura è lo staff. Tutti gentilissimi. Ci hanno aspettato con il ristorante aperto fino a tardi, perché abbiamo avuto dei problemi sulla strada e siamo arrivati oltre l'orario permesso. Nonostante ciò, ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e ci hanno fatto mangiare (oltretutto al ristorante si mangia anche benissimo). Anche il cameriere era super simpatico e gentile. Un caro abbraccio, dal gruppo di italiano che è venuto a fine ottobre! A presto!

Amazing location and views. Rooms were well heated.

Cons:

The restaurant can be improved much more, and restaurant staff should be able to speak English as a minimum.

Pros:

Хороший вариант для остановки на ночь с завтраком! Номер маленький, но очень красивые виды из окна на горы. Чисто, уютно, тихо. Персонал очень доброжелательный и создаёт семейную ненавязчивую атмосферу. Красивая территория отеля, на которой много деревьев и гуляют животные - собачки, кошки, павлины.

Not a good value for money.
Pros:

The view, surrounding, puppies. The woman receptionist was the nicest among the staff.

Cons:

In the Villa there wasn’t enough space for 7 people. The convertible sofa was totally uncomfortable also for only one person. There wasn’t enough hot water for 7 people. At the fifth person the water was really cold and we had to wait until the next morning. There were no wardrobes inside the villa. There wasn’t the tent for the shower and 1 toilet paper for each bathroom wasn’t enough for the number of guests.
