checkin, pas assez de lits dans la chambre réservée, 3h pour trouver une autre solution.
Personnel incompétent, problème de communication, ne parlant que très peu une autre langue, se disant être un 5 étoiles, le seul compétent était le concierge, Fabio Il était selon moi l’un des meilleurs employés de l’hôtel. Le service 5 étoiles que vous vantez laisse vraiment beaucoup à désirer. J’ai aussi remarqué que vous avez tenté de m’amadouer plutôt que de régler les problèmes correctement. Fabio était le seul à faire l’effort de chercher des solutions, alors que ce n’était pas du tout son rôle et vous l'avez licencié c'est une honte

WONDERFUL SUNNY HOLIDAY IN ANGRA DOS REIS

Above all the wonderful staff, always smiling always on spot friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble!

Cons:

I went into the sea and immediately had an allergic reaction in my eyes - I started and couldn´t stop crying. Afer taking medicine, it stopped but we never went into the sea again and instead stayed by the wonderful pool where I could walk and excercise (I am handicapped).

Pros:

O hotel é excelente em todos os aspectos. Café da manhã, funcionários e instalações impecáveis. Até um microondas disponibilizaram para o quarto para esquentar a comida da minha bebê.

Personal in der Anlage spricht z.Teil kaum Englisch. Kleine Kinder im Restaurant beim Abendessen, deren Lautstärke und Verhalten ein gemütliches Mehrgänge Dinner unmöglich machen. Leider völlig grenzenlos von Seiten der Eltern und in dieser Form auch vom Personal hingenommen.
Ohne Auto sehr begrenzter Bewegungsradius
