One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The staff were always smiley, friendly and helpful. The decor was divine and the rooms/beds super comfortable. The unique experiences - from the hot chocolate to the late night facial - were so sweet and really added to our stay. The location was perfect - close to the old town, and on a very safe street, with good restaurants. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Boutique and family vibes. Please stay!

Breakfast on the terrace was superb , the staff at reception and at breakfast and dinners , housekeeping were great, rooms were super comfortable and was a beautiful boutique property in a great location - we walked to the city Centre in about 7-10 mins . Airport pick up , drop off to dinners and Mindo tour organised through them were seamless experiences . Nothing was too much trouble
Choices at dinner for the two vegetarians in the group were not great despite having requested months in advance - they had one by veg dish and could offer another by not adding the pork but was not appetizing for them

В 17,00 ежедневно церемония какао и мастер класс по изготовлению традиционных напитков. Из отеля не хотелось уезжать, настолько там приятно и спокойно!

The room was so spacious and beautiful, loved the style of the hotel, the location was great, bar/restaurant has the best views of Quito and the staff at the hotel was wonderful

Illa Experience Hotel is an absolutely beautiful property with both historic and modern elements. Our room (a second floor suite with views of the charming street) was incredibly spacious and well appointed. Indeed, the entire hotel was renovated with thoughtful details. The service was off the charts... seriously - the kindest, most helpful staff ever. They went out of their way to make our stay a pampered one - from accommodating a late check out to sourcing needed medicine in Quito. And the view from the second floor bar of the hills and the Angel of Quito was breathtaking. What a treat!
It’s a beautiful property with friendly staff. The view from the window/balcony was amazing. The food was delicious. They had the same menu for lunch and dinner. Since I stayed there for a few days, I had tried most of the items I wanted to try, but they were able to come up with a few “specials” to keep it interesting. The rooms were impeccable!
They advertised that they offered experiences with local artisans making hats or chocolate, but for the three nights I joined over two separate stays, 2 were the same (making a drink) and 1 was making a dessert.
The hotel was quite an experience the best service I ever had! Located in the old city very antique with new world amenities. The staff is great and the food is amazing this is truly an experience. Please let the resort arrange your driver Giovanny is the best. Love love this hotel.
