Gostei do atendimento, da localização, da limpeza , os quartos são simples , mas aconchegantes ! Pra minha satisfação custo benefício excelente. Um café da manhã satisfatório. Prezo muito pela higiene e um colchão bom . Me atendeu perfeitamente. Para os que são muito exigentes, o Scala hotel é um local simples .

Cons:

Gosto de pagar minhas viagens parceladas no cartão , e infelizmente o hotel não deu essa opção!

O que mais gostei foi a limpeza, tudo estava bem cuidado nesse sentido, e a localização é excelente, o hotel fica em uma área central, o que facilita bastante o acesso a tudo.

Cons:

Por outro lado, o hotel precisa de uma reforma, pois é tudo muito antigo e várias coisas não estão funcionando adequadamente. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar — os bolos e pães estavam secos, aparentando ser do dia anterior, e o ambiente onde é servido é pouco ventilado.
