Convenient location. Quiet in the room. Clean.
Top Floor rooms are absolutely sweltering. It wasn’t even a particularly hot day outside, but as the window only opened a tiny amount there was almost no ventilation and, even with a fan on all evening and all through the night, it was like a sauna.
The water pressure was also generally quite bad, so not the Power Shower I like to have in the morning.

Staff was very accommodating. Basic room comfortable and clean. usual sounds from pub restaurant can be ignored but take ear plugs if sensitive to noise. all in all good value for the money.
Food was good, beer excellent.
Parking was a little difficult to navigate.
