the pillow was dirty, there was blood on it

Nothing
It was £52. You can’t complain at that price
The location is ok. It takes 15 mins to Newcastle City Centre by car. The staff are welcoming and nice.
The stay was very unpleasant. The room is not sound proof at all. The ground floor is a bar, and people stopped talking loudly and playing around there at 1 am. The sound was very loud in my room. I could not fall asleep until 1 am because of this, but I was woken by one neighbour's snooring at 4 am :(. The room was very hot when I came in, luckly the weather was ok in the evening. No air-con or fans. WiFi is not working at all in my room. It may be working downstairs though. The hot water was fine in my room, but the door of the shower cannot be closed, I had to hold it while having the shower. The cleanliness was so-so, but I found a hair in my bedsheet. There was also a hole in the wall of my room, I was worried about asbestos. One good thing is that the parking is free. Overall, the experience was very poor.
Close to travel points
Room wasn't as advertised, no bathroom facilities, only working toilet in building had no light, only one shower in the facility that rarely worked, unhelpful staff when they were not too busy getting drunk, had rooms entered and stuff moved without permission, tablets stolen from my room and when confronted staff tried to claim they were not on that shift
Clean room. Welcoming and polite staff.. very knowledgeable and helpful.
The room was clean but could done with updating and towels in the room. More cups as it was a twin room but only 1 cup n no spoons.
Plug socket behind middle bedside cabinet was hanging off the wall so couldn't use it.
Good comfy bed
Good location and bus service
Location good for what I was there for
Good pub
Sweeky floorboards and sound proofing not great
No ashtray at front entrance not sure where else you could smoke as there were a few other exits and if not using pub you may not want to smoke at entrance
Staff were excellent! Nothing was too much trouble!
Nice staff ,liked the old style building
Not much it was fine
Was a nice hotel ten minute taxi or bus out of the centre with a pub built in and absolutely amazing and friendly staff and was amazing value for money
Although some outdated facilities I really don’t see this as a problem for a one night stay
Comfy bed and tv in the room , and for the price it’s good value
The building and rooms are very run down and need a refurb
Old food in draws , black hair in bed, shower kept going from cold to scalding, my worker drove home 200 miles rather than spending the night
