Overall very good except one staff member’s behavior
Pros:

From room 608 - I liked its location , cleanliness, ambiance . From the staff i liked PITA for her warmth welcoming smile in restaurant area :)

Cons:

Some of their staff needs to learn etiquettes . I have a picture of lady who was making eggs for us for today’s breakfast. When i asked her if everything is halal? The way she laughed by looking at her colleague and then put hand on her mouth and portraying as if its very funny and she is controlling her laughter and then she went straight to kitchen with hand on her mouth laughing. I have her picture but not posting it because she is a female and it’s unethical. But owner should check today’s cctv to see her behavior. I completely understand there is a language barrier but this is not justifiable any way. Some of the staff should learn etiquettes .

Could recommend it to everyone for a stay close to Jakarta or the airport
Pros:

The food was really good and the personnel did everything to make our stay with our family as comfortable as possible.

We arrived very early after our flight but they allowed us an early check-in without any issues.

We had a walk in the neighbourhood, which we loved as well.

就在大馬路旁邊，交通頗為方便，這也是我選擇這間飯店的最大原因
價格尚可，稱不上貴，但我也不會說便宜
飯店有健身房，雖然器材不多
早餐選擇算是豐富
房間房間蠻大的
員工友善、笑臉迎人

我來這家飯店住宿十多次了
我選這間飯店最大了原因是交通和健身房

但是我今年住了3次，有向飯店反映飯店的跑步機故障，常常會忽然停下來，我好幾次差點從跑步機上面摔下來
但顯然這個問題仍然沒有被解決，我這次又被忽然停止的跑步機嚇到

另外一個我不喜歡的點，早餐，即使選擇算是豐富，但是蒼蠅真的很多，看了很噁心。

在工業區最近的選擇，但其他我找不到什麼值得一提的優點。
Pros:

來 grand soll Marina 好多次，飯店人員友善，地點距離工業區很近，房間很大，飯店設施還算新，清潔程度也還可以。

Cons:

飯店的早餐選擇不多，但是有很多蒼蠅。上次入住之後，有寫關於蒼蠅的評價，並期待飯店能夠改善 — 顯然這個問題仍然存在，在各個餐點周圍，尤其是沙拉和水果，蒼蠅非常多。
我親眼看到工作人員用手伸進去沙拉醬裡面，我不確定做什麼，也許是把掉沙拉醬的蒼蠅取出；另外我也看到工作人員用手 — 不是夾子 — 把麵包放上架子。

飯店有健身房，儘管器材很少，但總比什麼都沒有好。Chick in 那天，我想使用 running machine，但是發現它是壞的。兩天過後，我再去使用跑步機，以為工作人員已經將它修好。但不是這樣，我在使用跑步機大約3分鐘的時候，跑步機忽然緊急停止，我差點從跑步機上摔下來，幸好當時是暖身階段，速度並不快。
