Pros:

Good location for events at P&J. Competitive pricing. Room was basic but clean and fine. Unfortunately no tv service as their systems were being upgraded (hence only 4 stars) but no big deal as we were only there for one night and going to an event.
Couldn't book lunch / dinner as fully booked due to Restaurant Week offer that was running but this was our fault as left it too late. Obviously very popular for food and our breakfast was excellent.
Staff very attentive and friendly. Would stsy again

Poor breakfast. Hardly any choice. Room a bit run down. Couldn't get any TV Channels

This isn't the first time I've stayed at this place, and I've always been satisfied with everything.
But this time, the filth in the room and bathroom was terrible, making me unsure if I'll choose this place again.
