Good but very noisy.
Pros:

Staff very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The rooms are very, very noisy due to the squeaking, creaking floor boards. If you are in a ground floor room the noise from above makes it impossible to have a pleasant early night if you have an early rise. Something needs to be done about the noisy floors.

This is a delightful hotel in a convenient location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We ate a delicious dinner and a generous breakfast. The facilities were very comfortable indeed. We thoroughly recommend this hotel.
