The staff, especially breakfast staff were friendly and breakfast was good.
The rooms were disgusting. We took 2, one smelled like it hadnt had the window opened in months and had reminents of someone else. Had to ask staff for clean towels as one given was dirty. Only provided one big towel per room when there was 2 people per room. Poo or something of that kind stuck to the toilet had to ask to get it cleaned. Dont know if the sheets had actually been changed after the last guests as lots of hair on pillows/ under sheets when we hadnt even gotten in yet. Didnt raise it as by then was too tired and slept there but was very uncomfortable.
Easy check-in, clean, friendly service. The room was good value for money.

Excellent customer service. The staff could not have been more helpful. Great comfy beds and plenty room to move about. Ensuite toiletries were excellent and offered a wee bit of luxury, big fluffy white towels supplied. Both dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was fabulous.
Small criticism, the sealant in shower cubicles a bit mouldy. I'm sure an easy inexpensive fix! Nothing to complain about!

Good location for business travel. Staff were very friendly.
The room didnt have climate control. I had the eggs Benedict, one of the eggs was ok and the other was hard boiled and I’ve never had it on toast before.

Bathroom quite small, particularly the shower, and it didn't drain quickly, but I mentioned this to the manager. No housekeeping at weekend but not a big issue as the staff downstairs gave us any extras we needed
