This isn't the first time I've stayed at this place, and I've always been satisfied with everything.
But this time, the filth in the room and bathroom was terrible, making me unsure if I'll choose this place again.

Great value small hotel
Pros:

Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great breakfast with a cooked option and continental buffet. The room at the front of the hotel was very spacious and clean. TV was used to access Netflix

Close to Dyce Railway Station. Very clean, with polite staff. Excellent breakfast too.

Cons:

Only served breakfast from 7am until 8.30am. However I missed breakfast one morning as I had to leave for work early, and the staff kindly provided me with a bacon sandwich 😊

Great location and a friendly welcome from all the staff.f. .
Pros:

The location was excellent giving access to both the nearby railway and also within a 5 minute drive to Aberdeen airport .There were also local amenities within a 5 minute walk. The staff were both helpful and friendly.

As I said above - the hotel is just right for the reason I need bed and breakfast on my visits to Dyce.

It's a nice old cosy place with very good food
Pros:

The menu is very good. Staff really interested in making you feel welcomed

Cons:

Very small rooms. You can hear everything and anybody outside your room, every step you take is accompanied by a sound made by the floor

Pros:

Friendly staff where nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic food and a nice cosy comfy room. Fabulous to have a later check out time of 11am, saves feeling rushed on your last day!

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast service time. 7-8.30 is a really short window and very early. Even just extending it to 9am would be great. Other than that everything was spot on!
