아기랑 둘이 장거리 비행으로 바로 가기엔 힘들것 같아서 도착해서 하루 쉬고 가려고 선택했는데 셔틀도 있고 공항철도 바로 앞이라 교통도 좋고 레지던스에 묵었는데 전자렌지도 있어서 아기 음식 데워주기도 편리하고 좋았어요 다음에 한국 올때도 이용할 생각입니다.

What a beautiful hotel! Friendly staff, great location for Incheon overnight stay and the room was incredible! On site convenience store was amazing. Nothing but good things to say about Golden Tulip.
Teeny tiny negative was that we couldn't use our free coffee vouchers as we got in late (so didn't want late night coffee) and were up and back to the airport before the cafe opened.
It was clean, the beds were comfortable (soft enough!), and it was conveniently located on the airport line, making the Gimpo to Incheon shuffle seamless. The airport shuttle was also seamless. The employees were kind and helpful and checkout was simple (Just drop the cards in the basket on the way out).
My only suggestion is to allow for a wider range of temperatures. Though it was set to 18 it said it didn't drop below 24. (It wasn't too hot for me to request them to adjust it or to borrow a fan so I suspect while it wasn't 18, it may have been a bit below 24). I just think it would be great if it allowed a lower setting (down to 21 or 22). This is a standard request I have for most hotels in Korea.
I could also hear people in the hallway very loud for a few minutes late at night. It didn't last though.

Location- close to Inchon airport, close to train and cafes and restaurant, park right in front, the best part is free shuttle to and from the airport
Aircon was broken. It was hot and stuffy~~
Also when we took a shower, the bathroom floor got wet all over~~ kind of inconvenient
Great location, clean, quiet, even facing the highway and I am very fussy with noise. The bathroom area though has not much sound proofing. Staff will leave water and fresh towels by your door if you have a DND sign on, which I appreciated. Spacious, 24hr convenience store with self check out after hours. Olive Young also opens to late downstairs but it's a smaller store. The free return pick up and airport drop off is helpful but only hourly and with the location within a couple of mins of Unseo station - which is a cheap 1hr ride into the city center. Great value and would stay here again.

Hallway is a little creepy
Good for the airport and very good for the train to Seoul Central. Once checked in, the hotel room was large, comfy and did the job. There was a small shop downstairs so I could buy some food and drinks for dinner. Wifi was good. Room spotless.
It's an airport hotel. It's a bit soulless, and you had an automated check-in. But getting there, I asked for a bus pick up. I was told that it had been arranged through messages on the Booking.com App. But I got no further details, and then the bus driver (hotel shuttle) kept asking for a ticket. He eventually let me on. After a stressful flight from Tokyo, this did not help the experience. But, I got on the bus, was dropped at the hotel, and it was a short wait to check in - so all in all - a win.

Personel fatalny. Panie w recepcji nie powinny obsługiwać klientów. Chcieliśmy wieczorem zamówić taksówkę na następny dzień na 4:30( transfer działa od 5 rano) pani powiedziała że mamy przyjść o 4:20 i ona zadzwoni. Zapomniała tylko dosłać że w nocy nikogo nie ma na recepcji. Był pozostawiony numer do kontaktu, którego nikt nie odbierał. Spaliśmy w trzech hotelach podczas naszego pobytu i tylko w tym hotelu spotkało nas takie rozczarowanie.
For an airport hotel it was in an area that you can walk around and see convenience stores, restaurants, and a very nice park. The train station (I did not use) is just outside the hotel, and the airport shuttle was very convenient and on-time, The room was clean, and comfortable. Those at the reception desk were able to help me in English or find someone who can.
I would like to thank Mr Lee who worked the overnight shift on May 19 check-in counter. Since the phone in my room did not work, he offered up his cell phone on two occasions to allow me to make calls to North America. Although he did not know, the calls were very urgent regarding my credit card. He did not hesitate to offer up his cell phone and it saved my trip.
not much. The phone in the room did not work. I usually don't need the room phone but on this occasion, I had the need and ended up having to go down to the check-in counter to use try to use their phone.
