Please do NOT book this hotel. I booked this hotel for a layover to rest until my flight and I was not allowed to check in unless I paid extra even though they had available rooms. Most decent hotels are gracious enough to let you check in as a gesture of customer service. Instead, they pointed me to a luggage storage area to wait for 5 hours with others who had also not been allowed to check in without paying extra. I decided to wait until literally 2pm hoping they’d grant me the room without the extra fee - and you guessed it - they still wanted the early check in fee. At that point -I chose to go back to the airport because paying an extra check in fee on top of the one night rate I’d already paid seemed like a poor choice especially when I had to leave for the airport at 4pm to catch my flight (I’d barely have time to shower and get ready to head back out again).
I ran into another guest who said they charged him PER HOUR because he asked for a one hour late check out AND they also charged him for MILK to add to his coffee.
Golden Tulip is a global brand but the one in Incheon is run like a brothel (hourly rates). I’m headed back to the airport now and never got to use the room and lost my money. Please do NOT book this hotel and take your money elsewhere. I will be sure to leave this review everywhere I can because it’s unbelievable.
ヨーロッパまでの乗り継ぎに時間があったので宿泊しました。
仁川空港からは電車で2駅だったのでとても近く移動がスムーズです。駅を出てすぐのホテルなので迷うこともありません。
1時間に１本ほどシャトルバスもあるので、予約制ですが利用できます。
近くにコンビニやスーパーもあり、食べ物の調達も不自由はなく泊まるだけなら十分だと思います。
スタッフは良くも悪くも事務的です。
아기랑 둘이 장거리 비행으로 바로 가기엔 힘들것 같아서 도착해서 하루 쉬고 가려고 선택했는데 셔틀도 있고 공항철도 바로 앞이라 교통도 좋고 레지던스에 묵었는데 전자렌지도 있어서 아기 음식 데워주기도 편리하고 좋았어요 다음에 한국 올때도 이용할 생각입니다.

What a beautiful hotel! Friendly staff, great location for Incheon overnight stay and the room was incredible! On site convenience store was amazing. Nothing but good things to say about Golden Tulip.
Teeny tiny negative was that we couldn't use our free coffee vouchers as we got in late (so didn't want late night coffee) and were up and back to the airport before the cafe opened.
It was clean, the beds were comfortable (soft enough!), and it was conveniently located on the airport line, making the Gimpo to Incheon shuffle seamless. The airport shuttle was also seamless. The employees were kind and helpful and checkout was simple (Just drop the cards in the basket on the way out).
My only suggestion is to allow for a wider range of temperatures. Though it was set to 18 it said it didn't drop below 24. (It wasn't too hot for me to request them to adjust it or to borrow a fan so I suspect while it wasn't 18, it may have been a bit below 24). I just think it would be great if it allowed a lower setting (down to 21 or 22). This is a standard request I have for most hotels in Korea.
I could also hear people in the hallway very loud for a few minutes late at night. It didn't last though.
