My stay at this hotel in Shanghai was truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is modern, impeccably clean, and very well organized. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everything you might need during your stay.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to praise the reception team, who were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist at any time.
Special recognition goes to the front office manager, a true gentleman and an outstanding professional. His dedication to guests, calm demeanor, kindness, and the way he leads his team leave a lasting impression. This level of hospitality is rare and truly makes a difference.
Overall, this is a hotel I would gladly return to without hesitation and highly recommend to everyone.

For same price this hotel definitely not worth.
Pros:

Nothing is good.

Cons:

They let people smoke everywhere even in elevator. And room smells like someone peed, also bathroom is dirty.

Cons:

At breakfast, the dietary requirements of Muslim guests seemed to be followed more as a formality than in practice. My spouse and I were only able to eat boiled eggs most of the time. Eggs fried in oil should not be cooked in pans that have been used for pork products unless they are thoroughly cleaned or separated. Having a second cooking area or stove would be an excellent solution. Not being able to have a proper breakfast was disappointing for us, and we kindly suggest that appropriate arrangements be made.
