It was a nice stay and really enjoyed our time.
Pros:

Location is near MRT line, which is convenient if you are using public transport. We figured it out later and used it. The receptionist and the staff were very helpful. Room cleaning was available as requested. Bathrooms were clean.

Cons:

Everything was good.

❌ Very disappointing experience at Q Space

I booked a room for 16 nights, but in the first few days, I realized that my room was facing the sun directly, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable. I politely asked if I could change to another room with a different direction.

However, the female staff working the noon shift were very unfriendly and unprofessional.

The first female staff member did not even check the system and immediately said there were no rooms available. I had to explain the situation many times before she reluctantly said, “We will check on Sunday,” without any clear commitment. Her attitude was clearly uncomfortable and dismissive.

What made it worse was her behavior. When she noticed that my English was not very fluent, she sighed, showed impatience, and spoke in a disrespectful manner. As a long-stay customer, I found this extremely rude and unacceptable.

On top of that, my friend was bitten by bed bugs, causing red, swollen marks on the body. This is a serious hygiene issue and made us feel very unsafe.

Another important point: the location is very far from the train station, which makes daily travel inconvenient. Future guests should be aware of this before booking.

I wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

Not much. I really liked the front desk girl but that’s about it.

Cons:

The bed was SOOOOO hard. Hardest bed I ever been on, barely slept. The walls are so thin you hear everything. Not much walking distance to anything. There was a roach that came out of no where. Bathroom had many little flying bugs in the bathroom coming from the drains.

Alles was man braucht war zu Fuß erreichbar. Und zur mrt Station auch nicht weit.

Cons:

Das Bett war für mich zu hart. An einem Tag gab es sehr laute Gäste.
