The staff is great and supportive. The room is clean and well-prepared with facilities. Breakfast is delicious with 2 options. The TV has an Android TV box, which is a plus point for me.

We had a wonderful stay at this small and cozy hotel!
Here’s what we especially appreciated:
• Warm and attentive staff — everyone was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Thảo for her friendliness and support — she made us feel truly welcome.
• Jackie, one of the owners, was amazing — he helped us call a taxi, answered all our questions patiently, and made sure we were comfortable at all times.
• Clean and comfortable rooms — with fresh towels, new bed linen, and everything we needed for a good rest.
• Delicious homemade breakfasts — simple, but very tasty and satisfying.
• Scooter rental right at the hotel — super convenient for exploring the area.
• While there’s no elevator, the staff happily helped us with our luggage both at check-in and check-out — truly great service!

Overall, it’s a lovely place with a warm atmosphere. We felt well taken care of and would gladly return. Thank you for everything!

Clean hotel. Very nice host. English speaking. Lovely family. Great service. Really helpful in organising personalised tours. Taxi needed to go to the center, but shop and fresh fruit at walking distance. Great place to touch and go Ninh Binh - like we did.

It was fantastic trip I had. My husband and I had a wonderful trip in Ninh Binh to celebrate for our weeding. We booked The Melbourne hotel in 2day. It's so magnificent hotel which I have ever stayed before. The facilities were so modern, luxurious, clean and convenient. Beside, you have many choices for Double room, Twin Room or even Triple Room. Each room was set up with fresh fruits everyday,
and TV, Air-conditioner.Specially, the manager of hotel- Jackie Truong was so helpful and careful with many suggestions for us with tour, and wonderful places in Ninh Binh. If we have time to come back Vietnam, we will certainly book this Hotel once again.

We are family from USA stayed at The Melbourne Hotel Ninh Binh for 2 nights and 3 days. Hotel has great location in Tam Coc and reasonable prices. We enjoyed exploring the hotel tours as well as cycling. The tour services were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely visit again and recommend the hotel for our family and friends !

Truong was a very good guide eager to show us around. We visited Cuc Phuong National Park the first day and on the second day we visited all the landmarks of the city on a motorbike tour. I highly recommend both tours with him!

I was travel to Ninh binh and stayed in this hotel, the owner's Truong he was so nice guys, very helpful and friendly. The hotel's room is super clean and the facilities is quite modern. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. It's very convenient location to get to the tourist site around Ninh binh such as : Tam coc, trang an, bai dinh pagoda and so on.

Small hotel with 5 star facilities .Food is great . We had a great time there . Rooms are spacious and very clean.staff is very hospitable and helpful . Mr Jacki arranged us a tour to ninh Bing with a good car at reasonable price

Our family of four stayed at the Melbourne Hotel for a day. Had a very comfortable stay. The hotel has all the amenities and Mr Jacky, the manager, is very helpful. He arranged a highly enjoyable trip for us. The meals are very good and the service very quick and friendly. In fact, the hotel gave us a nice feeling of staying in a family atmosphere. Truly a five star experience.

Went to ninh binh with nothing planned and got a taxi to the Melbourne Hotel for a walk in booking. They quickly showed us some of their free rooms and allowed us to pick the ones we wanted.

Air conditioning in each room and they are very spacious. Great wash room en suite facilities. We got two rooms with double beds and they were very comfortable. Breakfast was free and comes with the price of the room which is very fair.

It is a fairly new hotel and the man who owns it is a very friendly gentleman. He was helpful in giving us advice about activities to do in ninh binh and offered to help book the bus when we asked about booking the sleeper bus to phong nah. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and catch up on the z's!

The Melbourne is a nice hotel well menaged by Jackie. It’s clean and it has wide rooms. Jackie gives you advices for your excursions and many more things, for example: you can rent a bike, motorcycle, call a taxi etc.
You can have a dinner in the hotel, Houng, Jackie’s wife, is a great cook! I think that eating here is much better than having a dinner in a restaurant in Ninh Binh.
You’ll meet many friends and the lovely Jackie family, so you know in a great way the beautiful Vietnam and its beautiful people!

We spent 2 nights in Melbourne hotel with absolutely nice room and service from Truong and people here. Landscape in Ninh Binh help us had such a lovely time .Thank a lot . We come back next time with our family.
