Great location for shopping.

Very nice room and friendly staff

A good friendly place to stay with anything you would really want within easy reach whether you wanted to check out the beach or have a nice thai style massage. The only downer was no lift and dragging suitcases up a narrow staircase was not what you wanted at the start of your trip especially after a long plane flight.

I had not stayed at the Sunshine for a few years and was very pleased again with the hotel. The room was large and clean. I will stay again upon my return to HuaHin. I was very happy to get a corner room with a wrap around balcony.

This guest house has only six spacious rooms, most of them with a balcony. It is spotlessly clean and there is a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere to the establishment. No lift. Highly recommended. I would advise to get in touch with the proprietor in advance to ensure you get a spacious balcony if this is of importance. English/Scandinavian spoken.

The hotel is clean, pretty quiet and very friendly and helpful staff. You can arrange tours from the guest house here. There are plenty of F&B outlets and convenience stores around this area and you can rest assure that you would not go hungry. The price is very reasonable and is very near to most of the attractions downtown. Highly recommended.

Room was clean, quiet and convenient. Nice staff. Book ahead to ensure you can stay when you want. A friend had recommended. I’d been to Hua Hin about 10 years ago and stayed in center of town. Came away with negative impression of the area. Staying a bit outside at Sunshine changed that.

The service was extremely bad. We were very upset after we came to here.
My friends and I booked a triple room for 3 people on the hotels.com.
But after we came to the hotel, they didn't let us to check-in and asked us for extra payment cuz they said the money was only paid for 2 people.
However, the contract showed on the Hotels.com was paid for 3 people already.
It's not our problem because we had already paid for the triple room! 😡

But the hotel insisted that we can't to stay there for 3 people.
But how can we only stay for 2 people??
We had 3 people! This was ridiculous!
And they refused to refund the money to us.😡
So my friends and I left the hotel in the end.
（it was at midnight, the service was so bad)

It was an extremely bad experience in the hotel.
The staff's attitude was super bad and unfriendly.
And the hotel is narrow and in a narrow alley, the location is not good also.

Near to Market village Hua Hin by walking distance around 5-10 minutes. Overall room cleanliness is clean and provided fridge & TV, u can cook outside as cooking area prepared. Staff is friendly & nice.

This is a small and charming guesthouse.Very friendly staff.
The rooms are nice and clean and same with bathrooms.
Close to shopping and beach and 10 minutes from bar/restaurant area.
There is also a very nice massage in hotel.
The owner have good knowledge about all golfing in Hua Hin and can help with booking and transport to the courses.

Stayed here and found it to be very friendly and clean. Five minutes walk to the beach. Bedrooms large and clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Plenty of small restaurants in the area to eat and also good value
Would recommend the Sunshine Guest House to all.

Not only was the location on tripit completely incorrect but I was refused a refund... having walked for miles in the rain to find the place I found that the room was OK on first sight bit it turned out tha the plumbing in the shower was typically Thai resulting in showering in a sewer. Avoid.

Pleasant and friendly staff, tidy rooms. Soft bed. Really nice small place to relax. I have visited Hua Hin many times and this time holiday was over my expectations. I would love to go back there again.

I stayed in this Guesthouse for 3 nights and I enjoyed it. I found Hua Hin a bit boring, but the guesthouse was nice, modern and clean. There was no swimming pool but it is a 5 minute walk to the beach. You can take a green taxi/bus to the night market for 10 baht, so don't take a tuktuk cause they ask 100baht, if not more. Besides the beach, the night market and some restaurants at sea I found Hua Hin a bit boring so i wouldnt go back. But if I did, I would book the same guesthouse.

We stayed in sunshine hotel for 3 weeks in december and we are coming back after new year. The hotel has all that you need. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is amazing. The location is good and really safe.

Clean room spacious price.good for few day near mall and private beach as too near hotel by motorbike don t see about the street because hotel very class and not dangerous private park owner and employees are very nice.and.friendly. I like it I will.go back next time they will become.place.where sleep

Nice, clean big room w/ balcony. Guesthouse is very near the beach. There's a place called Veranda on the beach where you can get good food and sunchairs. Wasn't too busy either. Staff is friendy and location was perfect for us as we didn't want to stay near the crazy center.
