Pros:

Приветливый и дружелюбный персонал, приятная атмосфера, внимание к постояльцам. Окружили ребенка вниманием и заботой, как будто приехали к родственникам. Отдельное спасибо работникам кафе Вартану, Инге и Варваре. В кафе кормят вкусно, порции большие.

Cons:

В номере темновато, не очень комфортно работать за ноутбуком. Отель заявлен, как семейный, но для ребенка не было игровой площадки (возможно из-за не туристического сезона). Не хватало подставки для ребенка в номере, чтобы можно было его умыть. Не было накладки на унитаз, но нам по запросу принесли детский горшок.

Pros:

Отличный завтрак, в номере тепло, но не очень чисто. Есть все необходимое. Спа маленькая, но тоже все есть. Отличный хамам. Приветливый персонал

Cons:

При заезде в номере не было вообще полотенец, на полу были липкие пятна, пыль, подтеки на мебели. Возможно кто-то облил сладким напитком, а персонал не обратил на это внимание. На сантехнике тоже подтеки

Pros:

The breakfast was delicious.
The hotel features a relaxing jacuzzi and a sauna, which add to the comfort of this four-star hotel. The staff is very kind, friendly, and always smiling, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite limited and there wasn’t much variety to choose from.
There was dust in the room, and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. The toilet plumbing was also problematic, and we often had to flush several times.

We stayed for four nights, and on the second-to-last day our room was not cleaned. Throughout our stay, the towels were not replaced unless we specifically asked.

There is nothing around the hotel, so I recommend staying closer to Northern Avenue or Pushkin Street

Amazing customer service
Pros:

The service was absolutely amazing, I never experienced such great quality in any other hotel. The staff were very friendly and genuinely wanted to help you.
