New economy hotel with pool and hot tub
Pros:

New economy hotel that surrounding area
Is not good . Although it is 10 minute walk to center be aware of steps of interchange for travel with kids or senile person .the room size is OK. Breakfast has regular variety

Улучшение сервиса :)
Pros:

Отличное расположение, недалеко от центра, на такси быстро добраться в любую точку, пешком тоже близко. Отличная терраса, небольшой бассейн + джакузи, есть базовый спортзал. Номер с балконом был достаточно уютным, завтраки вкусные. Персонал готов помочь с любыми вопросами.

Cons:

Неоднозначными были несколько моментов: 1. При заселении и оплате проживания произошла ошибка, изначально сняли сумму больше положенной 2. В номере при заселении изначально не было жидкого мыла, что странно 3. В спортзале не было воды в кулере 4. При выселении нам сказали что мы употребили шоколад в мини-баре, хотя мы не трогали абсолютно ничего, мы его даже не видели.

Все эти ситуации были позитивно и благополучно решены, благодаря работникам. Но сложилось неоднозначное общее впечатление о сервисе в отеле
