Удачное расположение, почти в центре, но не шумно. Понравился дизайн отеля и вкусные завтраки. Спасибо персоналу, возникла одна проблема - быстро решили. Порадовало, что бассейн и сауны работали до 11 вечера.

Nice rooms, good breakfast
Taxis need to make a u turn to get into the driveway, with heavy traffic sometimes a bit difficult. Breakfast starts only at 8am. If you are on a tour you miss out.

Good location in a quiet area
We received a “room upgrade” that unfortunately did not feel like an upgrade at all. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in the room was not working, and after sitting in a 31°C room for over 40 minutes, we reported the issue to reception. The staff did not seem to treat the matter with much urgency, and it gave the impression that the room’s air conditioning problems were already known.
Several different staff members were sent to the room, from a bellboy to eventually a technician, who opened part of the ceiling and removed the filter from the AC unit to get it functioning again. While the room eventually cooled to around 20°C, the unit remained extremely loud, particularly during the night, which made it difficult to sleep.
Considering we had been given an “upgrade” that we did not request, it would have been appreciated if we had at least been offered the option to change rooms. Instead, it felt as though we had been assigned a room that other guests would not want.
The shower was poorly designed, causing water to splash out onto the bathroom floor and partially flood the room each time it was used. As a result, towels had to be replaced daily because they were needed to soak up the excess water from the floor.
Additionally, the room doors do not have soft-close mechanisms, so doors slamming in the hallway can be heard very loudly throughout the day and night. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, with rooms often not being cleaned until around 4pm.
Finally, the attitude of some staff members, particularly at reception, was disappointing. In hospitality, a friendly smile and a more accommodating approach toward guests goes a long way, and unfortunately this was lacking during our stay.

breakfast is okay
It is advertised with AC. But it has a warm mode heater only at 27 degrees Celsius. No Aircon. Was advised open the window. But there is noise from the city street. There is also a loud noise from the bar adjacent to the hotel at night. It is hard to sleep. The bed corner plastic pad is missing and exposed the sharp edges that cause injury to my wife. No viable first aid. It is overpriced since there is no AC.

Расположение хорошее, до центра идти минут 15-20. В самом отеле есть банкомат ВТБ, что сильно упрощает снятие наличных с карты Мир.
Отель новый, прямо за отелем просто отличный ресторан. Очень вкусный и недорогой.
1. Очень странно себя вела уборка в номере. Кинули на пол грязное полотенце и вместо того, чтобы его поменять, грязное полотенце повесили обратно.
2. Отель был полупустой, и мы попросили поменять нам номер с балконом, но нам отказали.
