What should have been a romantic getaway was unfortunately overshadowed by a hotel experience that fell far below the standards expected of a four-star property.
My fiancée and I paid over 300,000 Russian Rubles for a King Room, expecting premium accommodation and service. Instead, we encountered persistent housekeeping and maintenance issues throughout our stay. Bed sheets have not been changed, with the same visible mark remaining from the day we arrived. Floors are not properly cleaned, used cups are often left untouched, and basic amenities such as tea, cups, bath towels, and floor towels frequently had to be requested multiple times.
Housekeeping repeatedly removed our room key cards, and despite the room being booked for two guests, only one balcony chair was provided until we specifically requested another. Even the television remote dies not function correctly.
Most concerning was being informed after seven days that the hotel system showed only one registered guest, despite both of us checking in and staying together for the entire visit. This raises serious concerns about booking management and record accuracy.
The destination itself was wonderful, with plenty of enjoyable sights, restaurants, and attractions, but the hotel consistently detracted from the experience. The level of cleanliness, attention to detail, and service was simply unacceptable for the price paid. In its current state, this hotel delivers an experience far closer to a budget property than the premium four-star accommodation it advertises. We are here for another 7 days and hope to see improvement but after 7 days of complaints and no improvements I doubt there will be .

New economy hotel that surrounding area
Is not good . Although it is 10 minute walk to center be aware of steps of interchange for travel with kids or senile person .the room size is OK. Breakfast has regular variety
