Расположение удачное , персонал в основном дружелюбный.
На завтраках чудесная девушка, всегда внимательная и отзывчивая. По заказу приготовили вкуснейший омлет . Была проблема с номером при заселении, служба размещения проблему решила. Бассейн понравился, небольшой , но вполне. Джакузи, сауна понравились.
Некоторые сотрудники делают одолжение, общаясь с гостем. Завтраки до 11 часов, в 10;45 тарелку уже не найти , чтоб позавтракать, ну и отказали в яичнице. Сказали что завтрак до 11, повар не успеет приготовить. Мне непонятен такой подход. Чашка кофе маленькая, подходишь за второй - спрашивают, опять? еще одну чашку? С таким удивлением, что чувствуешь себя неуютно. Вечером в ресторане официант вообще на своей волне, попросили покормить быстро, так как устали и хотели в номер. Ничего не получилось) у него своя жизнь 😁 пришлось пиццу унести в номер . Кондиционер работает странно, дважды вызывали починить, но ночью встаешь и заново выставляешь температуру. Холодильник в номере тоже не охлаждает. Ванная комната в номерах требует ремонта или тщательной химчистки, вытяжка в трупах мух и таких клочьях пыли, что страшно. Плитка в известковом налете , или еще чем-то. Геля для душа нет, есть 2 шампуня и бальзам 😁

Overall our stay was not the best. There were a few issues during our stay, mainly due to lack of Organisation. On our second day we received one single handtowel for two people by the room cleaners after taking away the other towels - for two days we didn’t get additional/fresh towels, because they didn’t have enough towels. When we asked, they still didn’t give us fresh towels until the next day though they promised they would have them ready latest in the evening. The majority of the personnel didn’t speak English properly. A discussion about issues was not possible.
There was a water leak in the ceiling of the entrance and water dropped on our heads.
All in all the hotel is not the worst and some stuff, like the coffee, were great, but the price is too high for what is offered.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. In particular the reception staff dealt very professionally with our check in request to relocate us to a room with a balcony even though the hotel was fully booked out and it was a big ask. The breakfast was excellent and the location next to the circular park couldn't have been better

Struttura molto recente, accogliente, efficiente.
Camere di alto standard e un giardino molto curato e molto bello con fiori e fontane dove poter dare colazione o mangiare durante tutta la giornata.

Unico neo una bella ciocca di capelli nella doccia: in un albergo così non dovrebbe accadere.
Расположение прекрасное, завтрак вкусный, номер чистый с красивым видом. Персонал достаточно приветливый. Просторное лобби.
В нашем номере запахло канализацией спустя день. О проблеме сообщили на ресепшн лично и по телефону несколько раз, так никто в итоге и не разобрался.
Уборка в номерах проходит по какому-то своему графику, как обычно во время завтрака её не делают, просили отдельно.
В один из первых дней произошла странная ситуация в хаммаме, по низу пошёл очень горячий пар( что для нкго не свойственно),который обжёг мне ступни.На ресепшн принесли устные извинения и закрыли его на техническое обслуживание.
The hotel is modern and pretty with big open spaces inside and outside for meals. Also the room was very big, very comfortable and with a lot of natural light. We did not use the pool or the spa services but it all looked very nice. Location is also very nice close to a local outdoor market and with 15 to 20 minute walk to the main attractions in the city.
