Amazing customer service
Pros:

The service was absolutely amazing, I never experienced such great quality in any other hotel. The staff were very friendly and genuinely wanted to help you.

Очень хороший отель. Просто отличный. Номер шикарный. Обслуживание номеров тоже очень хорошее.
Бассейн и джакузи мне тоже очень понравился.
Ресторан при отеле очень приятный.
Завтраки просто на все сто. Кормят отлично и вкусно.

Cons:

Очень дорогой SPA.
И к сожалению не соответствует цена-качества.
Но это личное моё мнение.
