Ozgun Apart Hotel

Otelinin konumu ve manzarası güzeldi.
Apart otel olmasına rağmen mutfak eşyaları çok eskiydi. Banyo armatürleri eski ve paslıydı. Otelin havuzu çatı katındaydı. Bu nedenle havuzdaki yüzme sesleri 4. Kattaki odaların içine geliyor. Konum ve manzaradı için gidilebilir.

We are very satisfied with the choice we made. We had doubt first because the hotel was a bit far from the center. We still decided to go for it because the price and the room that could accommodate all our family. When we arrive we found out that there is dolmus bus stop just next to the hotel and it’s just 7-10 minus ride. The beaches that are closer to center are overcrowded and very dirty. The ladies beach which is 5 minutes walking from the hotel is like a heaven comparing to the beaches which are next to port.
Migros is also 2 mins walking, where one can buy groceries and cook it in the room. It helped me to save so much money as we have a big family and every visit to the restaurant is a big hit to our travel budget.
Rooms are very spacious and there is also a balcony. But the main pearl of this place is the roof top. Swimming pool with the sea view. Tables and chairs where all guests can eat their own meal and enjoy sunrises and sunsets. So the long story short - we will come back.

Otel genel olarak iyiydi fakat banyosunda tuvalet kâğıdı bile çok azdı, el sabunu yoktu ve banyo daha da temiz olabilirdi. Onun dışında güzeldi tavsiye ederim .

Güleryüzlü personel temiz otel sahile yakın. Ailecek otel için uygun tavsiye ediyorum

Apartın yeri çok iyi kadınlar plajının hemen üstü ancak temizlik çok kötü

Smelled horribly of cigarettes. When asked the property said maybe it was coming from the bathroom vent and didn't offer to help. Uncomfortable bed sheets and unreliable wifi as well.

Very Nice And helpful owner and staff Nice pool, Nice rooms.

This was a great place to stay for a couple of nights.
The staff were great. Helpful at checkin and at all times during the stay. Room was good, location was 2 minutes walk from Ladies Beach, and the rooftop pool was a great experience.

Kadınlar plajına, toplu taşımaya (dolmuş) ve markete yakın bir konumda. İki odalı bir odada kaldık gayet memnun ayrıldık. Sessiz ve sakin bir ortamı var. Biraz klimaların performansı artırılabilir.

Prima verblijf. Vraag mij alleen af bij een apart-hotel waar hotel dan voor staat. Zeer vriendelijke familie en behulpzaam bij vragen.
Schoon en heerlijk buitenverblijf om te ontbijten. Jammer dat er maar 1 kopje koffie bij het ontbijt is inbegrepen en meerdere moet betalen. Erg weinig, terwijl thee onbeperkt gratis is. Gunstige ligging voor strand, taxi en dolmus.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. The location was perfect, and we had more beds than we needed. 10/10. we loved it. The room could have been more luxurious, but it exceeded our expectations. Perfect for a group of friends or a couple traveling on a budget if they are not planning to stay in the room all day.

Very kind staff, very close to the ladies' beach, next to the Migros grocery store.
Great lift and small private pool on the roof. 24-hour reception, where you can agree on all the little things and additional wishes. Only a young man, the owner's son, speaks a little English. In other cases, you need the help of google translation.
Of the minuses:
The room is very old, unrenovated.
The air conditioner is old and weak only in the bedroom.
The bathroom is in a terrible state - dirty, extremely worn out, weak water pressure, a very poor faucet to select the desired water temperature.
There is no dryer, you need to ask separately.
For a week, they never changed linen and towels, they never cleaned the room.

Great Location near the Beach for a good value!

We had to change rooms twice. The 1st room had an appalling smell coming from the bathroom drain which was unbearable. The 2nd room had horrendous noise from the roof terrace/swimming pool area overhead with people dragging chairs until early hours of the morning. So we moved to 3rd room on the next floor down which was not a great deal better with the noise. No cleaning was even offered during our week's stay not even emptying the toilet bin and no clean towels or bedding either. Quite frankly not very good despite friendly staff and could not honestly recommend to others. Only good point was proximity to Ladies Beach. Overall disappointing.
