Terribly unsafe, bullet hole in the room door, fridge broke, water bottle in bathroom with light yellow substance in it???? You tell me? Homeless people surrounding the facility

My stay was satisfactory. Just a few things that irked me that I normally don't get a other hotels.
Pros:

Breakfast was shoddy. Not a variety to choose from. For the money we pay to stay there, a better breakfast would be awesome alone with a better cafeteria or eating longe. No tables to eat from is awful. Plus, there's no one to give out new towels and wash cloths for a three day stay. Fresh face cloths and towels are essentials. I did see washers and dryers, but wasn't told that I could use them to do my dirty laundry.

Cons:

The hotel was in a very nice location. Its cleanliness was superb and often times I had to wait for an attendance to discuss payments and other business.

Great location with a homey feel
Pros:

I love that the room was wide and open. I was able to cook and have plenty of space to do so. The shower was very comfortable and I was able to enjoy my relaxing shower. The woman at the front, Nataleigh i think, was very sweet. She just had to work with the computer to get it going.

Cons:

Unfortunately, due to the local people around Rock Hill, People within a fifty miles radius cannot stay there. Because I had booked already and paid, they let me stay this time. I do think it is wrong to judge everyone based on a few peoples actions. Also, they had no idea that I booked through a third party and tried to charge me for the room again.

honestly it wasn't that I didn't like it it was just so meh. there were no dishes to use in the sweet it was a sweet and there was no couch it was just a chair and a bed and a kitchen it was like going to an empty apartment

The clerk sat in the office during check in and we had to call the phone to check n she was short
The fire alarm went off and people were complaining that it’s frequent!!! It went off twice!!!!

There were termites in the window
The toilet didn’t flush
The room was very clean but had a musty odor
No trash bag
4 towels n 2 wash clothes
A underwear sat in the laundry room floor all night
Breakfast- grab n go regular did just that grab several things and go!!!

Will not stay here, even for free

Everything. It was eery and dirty and just felt extremely uncomfortable. I was there for all of 5 minutes and left bc there was noway I was sleeping there! There was stuff on the walls, it smelled bad, and the tv didn’t even have basic cable channels, also the phone in the room didn’t work. The shower was nasty and looked old and dirty.
