Overall a good place to stay. Easy access to eateries and public transport combined with clean rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

Location was great for food and walking distance to China Town and train stations.

Cons:

Bathrooms lacked exhaust fans, making it hard to use the mirrors.

住宿環境乾淨,廚房用具齊全(有電子爐,烤箱微波多用爐,湯鍋.....),每星期2,4,6會打掃,有提供衛浴用品,除了離地鐵&公車站稍微遠一點(走路8~15分),其他都很不錯

We had very nice stay
I recommend this comfy apartment for any family looking for good stay

Disappointing on so many level.
Pros:

location should be great but …

Cons:

Staff and management never addressed any issues raised and there was plenty:
- bedsheets not changed for over 2 weeks despite room cleaning every 3 days
-strong sewage smell in bathroom never addressed
-squeaky bedframe to the point you can’t move if you want to sleep
-overcharging supplement for a baby bed more days than required.
After raising issus to 5 different staff no change i gave up and checked out early, change hotel but was charged also for the remaining stay.

This comes in addition to the deception that:
-Hotel Located next to building work and demolition site starting hammering at 8:00 sharp everyday. Apartment are not noise proof open ventilated doors in the kitchen makes it impossible to stay during the day.
- swimming pool is so small that it’s not possible to swim
- the “fitness” area doesn’t deserve a photo has only 3 equipments with one non functional.

Overall an old place underinvested with appealing lack of maintenance surfing on good ratings from 10 years ago and good first impression if you stay one night .

Pros:

The location is exceptional, immediately across the road from all the bars and restaurants at Robertson Quay. Walking distance to Clarke Quay and Boat Quay.

Cons:

Kitchen cooktop only had two elements, and not enough utensils to cook with. No oven, only a microwave. Swimming pool is very small.

Excellent! 10/10 would stay again and would recommend to others as well.
Pros:

Location was good, near to almost all the tourist spots we covered.
With toddlers in tow, we needed good space for them to play and this apartment had a living room where they could do that.
Having a kitchen with complete utensils and laundry with laundry area with laundry soap was very good and very useful.
They clean every Monday, Wed and Fridays.
Overall experience was excellent and hassle free. Would definitely book again.

Cons:

It was difficult to communicate at first since they were not replying to emails (not sure though if they were receiving the emails i sent). But if you call the number directly they will answer.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and good location.
Pros:

Location is convenient, few minutes walk to bus and train. Quiet surroundings. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons:

The lift is a bit old. After maintenance one of the 2 lifts couldn’t go to the floor we stayed. We had to send it up to the other floor before pressing button for the other lift to come.
