A worn and dirty room.
Pros:

The front desk staff was very friendly and was very helpful when I went to ask for some more bedding

Cons:

The room was unfortunately dirty. One of the pillows and the sheets nearby had dried, bloody snot on it. All of the pillows had hair on them, there were small blood spots on the comforter and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and then air freshener. There were drink cup stains on the bedside table and countertops and we found garbage and a beer bottle cap on the floor.

There was no bedding for the pull out couch, but the front desk provided some when we asked for it.

The second floor hallway had stains down the entire length.

I booked this online, the hotel called me over 30 minutes after booking to tell me they overbooked and I didn't have a room. She then proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't even be charged and it shouldn't be a problem, and that I would receive a cancellation email... I didn't receive an email, and got fully charged, and when calling back, booking.com mentioned there was no cancellation started at all. Honestly, this is a huge worry, and part of the reason using these sites is a terrible idea.

Close to restaurants, and shopping.

Cons:

No garbage bags anywhere in the room for the bins. No hair dryer in the room, no personal coffee pot. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner holder fell off the wall, as the glue was not holding it.
Booking through booking.com seemed to cause issues with them, as when I got there, they tried to charge me again, and almost $60 higher than what I had already paid!

My card was used for the incident charge and I assumed i would get my money back because we left the room the same as when we got there, however I was charged almost 6 dollars with no explanation.

We won’t stay there in the future
Pros:

Description of the room did not match pictures on the site.
I paid for jacuzzi. There was no jacuzzi in the room.
Stuff didn’t help and did not apologize for inconvenience

Cons:

Inn let group of guys celebrate
4th of July right in front of the hotel. They were drinking and shooting fireworks until about 2 am right by the lobby.
Again stuff was not helpful understanding that some people need to get sleep.

There was a mushroom (fungus) growing in the shower. Took a picture showed to manager and he did nothing

It was a last minute booking but served the purpose of a place to sleep for the night.
Pros:

Good choices for breakfast.

Cons:

Our room overlooked a parking area with bright lights that kept me awake. Eventually, I lowered the blackout shade which solved the problem, but I would have preferred to wake up by daylight.
