Location was good
Staff, value for money, room service cleaned the room and did not leave new towels the coffee making facilities are inadequate understand the hotel is under renovation but work started very early in the morning all in all thoroughly disappointing there are many choices closer to the falls and better value for money so if you can please avoid this place
The room
I think you shoud provide some direction when the car enters and we coudnt spot the main entrance and our luggage was dropped close to swimming pool back side and we were waiting for long time to get inside.

La stanza pulita e grande. Il parcheggio. L'esterno a metà luglio 2026 era in ristrutturazione quindi non spaventatevi se vedete tutto scassato. Temevo di essere stata truffata anche se avendo prenotato da Booking mi pareva impossibile. La stanza è ottima.
Non vicinissimo alle Cascate ma adiacente al parco. Se vai a piedi ci vuole una mezz'oretta per arrivare in zona Cascate.
Friendly personell, nice rooms, new interior with comfortable beds. Walking distance to the falls.
A complimentary breakfast buffet would have been nice.
Location
The hotel’s location is great and very close to Niagara Falls, which is the main reason we chose to stay here. However, when I made the reservation through Booking.com, I specifically booked a rate that included breakfast.
The next morning, when we went to have breakfast, we were told that we had to pay for it. We went to the front desk to explain the situation, but they said there was nothing they could do. We were honestly shocked. I even showed them my reservation confirming that breakfast was included, but they still refused to honor it.
Because of this experience, I can only give this hotel 1 star.
Hubicacion y comodidad
Despite the ongoing construction, the hotel was still nice. The staff were incredibly nice, even helped with a missing remote for the TV right away.
The bistro inside the hotel seemed a little pricey. Can't really justify paying almost $10 for a bowl of oatmeal. Plus, there was no complementary breakfast but I think that is a New York thing. I have run into that situation before in New York.
Just location
Property is under renovation and I travelled with baby and elderly people. Not comfortable
