Pros:

I never actually stood at this hotel. I accidentally booked this location thinking I was booking on the US side.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that when I reached out to them to see about even a partial refund for the mistake, they told me no. I ended up paying for two hotel rooms for the night, one in Canada (which I never stepped foot into) as well as New York. The New York Marriott was very understanding of the situation and actually called Canada Marriot on my behalf to see if the issue could be resolved.

Was fine except for Reno’s
Pros:

Nice hotel .. but no breakfast included in price

Cons:

Under renovations still at time of booking was told would be done by time we got there.. we booked because of their patio and no patio

Misleading breakfast information and poor air quality due to ongoing renovations made the stay disappointing.

The hotel was clean, the location was convenient

Cons:

I booked for 4 adults and 2 children and paid about $144 extra because the reservation showed breakfast was included. However, after checking in, I was told that breakfast was only included for ONE person, which was very misleading and disappointing. In addition, the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, and the air quality was very poor, with a strong and unpleasant smell. This made our stay uncomfortable. Guests should be clearly informed about ongoing renovations before booking.

Even management not able to set up keys accordingly to room allotted and key numbers, I have to get

Absolutely horrific
Pros:

There was no breakfast, the shower was dirty and not cleaned I had to go buy colorox to clean it, the bedding had stains and holes in the comforter and on the pillow cases. The TV and internet kept going off we couldn’t watch a movie to fall asleep with out it turning off. No coffee refills.
And the staff was too occupied to wait and stand there we waited 20 min for someone to come ring us out for just water.
I’m calling the hotel today to discuss our stay.

Pros:

La camera pulita e spaziosa

Cons:

Hanno sbagliato a darci la camera che aveva un letto in meno. Secondo la prenotazione la camera doveva ospitare 7 persone ma i letti non erano abbastanza. Un divano letto considerato per due ma era a una piazza.
