Make a double check what’s included

Cons:

The hotel’s location is great and very close to Niagara Falls, which is the main reason we chose to stay here. However, when I made the reservation through Booking.com, I specifically booked a rate that included breakfast.
The next morning, when we went to have breakfast, we were told that we had to pay for it. We went to the front desk to explain the situation, but they said there was nothing they could do. We were honestly shocked. I even showed them my reservation confirming that breakfast was included, but they still refused to honor it.
Because of this experience, I can only give this hotel 1 star.

No issues with my stay
Pros:

Despite the ongoing construction, the hotel was still nice. The staff were incredibly nice, even helped with a missing remote for the TV right away.

Cons:

The bistro inside the hotel seemed a little pricey. Can't really justify paying almost $10 for a bowl of oatmeal. Plus, there was no complementary breakfast but I think that is a New York thing. I have run into that situation before in New York.

It was okay.
Pros:

The room was fine and the location was good.

Cons:

Did not know the hotel was under maintenance. The whole place was a mess with a bunch of guys at the entrance. I did not feel comfortable as a female. It took away from anything on the outside of the hotel. The place to eat was horrible and expensive and the lady working was rude and had no customer service skills.

Disappointed at Niagra
Pros:

The king room itself was spacious and comfortable

Cons:

While we received notice that there was renovations being undertaken at the hotel. We were not prepared for a building site.
Construction workers,heavy duty digging eqpt.
Work began before 8am.
No outside seating available.
The staffing was woefully inadequate. Queued for 1 hour at check in. The poor guy was rushed off his feet and had to check rooms were ready.
We stayed for 3 nights
No room cleaning on 2nd day. On 3rd day after 3 requests room was cleaned at 5 pm.
Travis and Frank listened to our concerns
We got a complimentary bottle of wine and a breakfast.
I'm sure the hotel will be great in the future but I wouldn't have stayed here if I'd seen pictures

Terrible place to stay.

Location That’s All

Cons:

No air conditioner for 5 days. Reported to staff numerous of times. Room temperature 75 degrees everyday but their lobby cool for them. Front desk never answered phone and suppose to be 24 hours staff. No Wifi said to many people on. LOL
