Perfekt für einen Kurz-Aufenthalt in Mannheim.
Pros:

Nähe zum Hbf; die Bar in der Hotellobby; die ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit des Personals; gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Die Tische in der Lobbyf waren nicht immer sauber.
PS: Die Möglichkeit eines Kopfkissen-Menüs wäre schön.

Gute Lage. Parkplatz telefonisch vorbestellt, Reservierung des Parkplatzes hat problemlos funktioniert. Der Wendeplatz vor dem Hotel ist groß genug, auch wenn mehrere Gäste gleichzeitig ankommen.

Altough there were some ups and downs, would still stay again
Pros:

I have stayed in this type of room in other Moxy's in other countries, so I knew what to expect. For us this was only a drive-through stop for one night and plan was to do a bit of shopping in the morning. I have been in the Ludwigshafen before (another hotel), so I know the area well. I liked the Wine options they sell by the check-in area, got a nice one and we were given actual wine glasses, that we could take to our room. Breakfast was okay, please note that you should confirm that during check-in, apparently if you book via Booking with breakfast, it does not automatically transfer into their system, the clerk had to add that manually. You need to get a code with your roomkey for that.

Cons:

Check-in took a lot of time, we arrived late in the evening and unfortunately a group who was already in the hotel, were clarifying/partially arguing with the staff. After an already exhausting flight/drive, you want to get quickly into your room... Previously for the complimentary check-in drink you got a coupon for the bar for glass of wine/beer or non-alchoholic, now it was a weird ice-tea... I hate when you book a room for four adults and you only get two blankets/duvets, especially on a sofabed. I did not have the energy to ask for more after the whole ordeal. Is it really that hard to add some into the closet in the room? Some hotels do it. Asked for parking options beforehand, got different information/prices via text message than upon arrival. Paid 3euros more, as yet again, did not have the energy to argue...

Trotz Kritik, grundsätzlich positiv. Würde dort wieder übernachten.

Stylisch und eine gute Lage. Personal freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Ich wollte vor der Reise telefonischen Kontakt aufnehmen. Das war extrem schwer möglich. ich habe mindestens zehnmal versucht, jemanden zu erreichen. Den Begrüssungs Cocktail habe ich erst auf Nachfrage erhalten. In meinem Zimmer war zu wenig Platz, um die Kleidung vernünftig zu lagern. Es gab keinen Schrank.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt o.k.

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Unsere Buchung wurde erst nicht gefunden. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber, große Flecken auf dem Teppich, das Bad ist sehr klein und war nur oberflächlich gereinigt worden: braune Ränder an der Dusche und verschmutzter Über- und Ablauf im Waschbecken. Die Betten sind leider auch schon durchgelegen.

Kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Personal sehr nett. Hätte wegen eines kleinen Problems mit dem TV sogar ein neues Zimmer bekommen. War natürlich nicht notwendig. Kommen garantiert wieder ❤️

Nichts es war alles super und auch die Preise super OK für ein Hotel

Very nice a bit too expensive for the quality/ state of the furniture
Pros:

The staff are very friendly, the hotel room is clean, and I really liked the free cocktail. The location is good, directly next to the Rhine River.

Cons:

You can clearly see that the room has gotten old. A lot of the furniture is broken, and the table in the room has a crack.
