Pros:

Good easy hotel, you need a car to explore Muscat as it is out of the center. Not possible to open bedroom windows which for us is a big factor, so no fresh air, and aware this can be common for hotels in the region. Staff are very friendly and service orientated. Decent stay for the budget of what the hotel is.

Unpleasant stay at this hotel
Pros:

Where do I begin? Firstly if you would like to get double charged for a room without your awareness or approval … then this is the place to stay. Myself and my family were left with no money to enjoy our stay for a couple of days as the hotel double charged us for the room without our authorisation. This prevented us from being able to go out and enjoy our holiday for a couple of days.

Further to this, the hotel failed to inform us of upcoming events that would affect our stay… giving us only 1 days notice of said event, had we had known we would have planned to stay at another hotel, as we couldn’t relax during our stay there was a dj that proceeded to play extremely loud music until 3am in the morning, followed by a live band the following day that played loud music for 5 hours the following day… imagine having lack of sleep the previous day, followed by more loud music… not ideal!

Further to this, our room was not cleaned for 3 consecutive days despite us placing a clean my room (service) light on the rooms during our stay.

Lastly, for ease of travel we utilised the hotel taxis for our journeys, and without my approval or permission my number was shared with the driver the following day, and I mentioned this to the hotel, and nothing was done. My privacy was violated.

A very unpleasant stay at this hotel, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The rooms are uncomfortable and you’re unable to open the windows for air, and it’s far from all the attractions in Muscat.

It was close to the elevator and its window show the street and some coconut trees.

The entire team was cheerful and smiling the whole time , the front desk was such a nice gentleman, he made sure that our room is convenient for my mother.

Big thanks to the housekeeping team and the head of department who came and asked us for our feedback , she really deserves big appreciation , such a nice lady !

Asked for room far away from lounge wuth band playing . We asked 3 different times in 3 different ways. We were assured that room would be quiet. Band started loud and strong in early evening and we could hear noise clearly until 100 am!!! We were room 139 which seemed to be directly on top of lounge. Couldn't sleep with the noise. Will not return to this hotel in the future.

Pros:

Absolutely one of the best stays at a hotel in a while . The service / attention all the staff gave was excellent . The food preparation , quality , selection , excellent . If I am every passing through again , I will be staying here .

Very nice hotel, service needs addressed. Incredibly slow on all fronts, check in, bar is very slow at taking food orders. Quick bites is anything but quick..
