Размер номера , приветливый персонал. Большая территория комплекса.

Cons:

Запах канализации в ванной , очень сильный и противный. Старые матрасы на пружинах на которых не удобно спать.

Недорого, тому непоганий варіант.
Pros:

Номер був у Центральному корпусі, тому було тепло в номері і чисто.

Cons:

Замовлення робили заздалегіть і оплатили, тому просили, щоб нас розмітили разом з друзями на одному поверсі. По ітогу, розмістили в різних корпусах і в них був в номері дубак. Коли приїхали чекали, щоб звільнились номера після прибирання, а ми приїхали в 15.20. Якщо ви приймаєте дзвінки і відповідаєте на наші запитання і говорите, що приймете до уваги наші побажання, то чому по приїзду ніхто нічого не знає і не чує. Говоріть прямо, приїдете - де буде номер вільний там і заселемо, щоб людина знала, що її чекає по приїзду. Дуже не гарне відношення на рецепції по цьому питанню. Ну і вишенка на торті - це 25 грн за молоко доплатіть, якщо хочете каву з молоком, при тому номер оплачений із сніданком. Ми прийшли без коштів на сніданок, почували себе незручно і шоковано. Шкода дівчат офіціанток, які обслуговуюють і постійно чують незадоволення. Краще підніміть ціну на той сніданок, і включіть туди ще якісь овочі і солодке.

Cons:

Замовила лате за 90 грн, окремо попросили заплатити за молоко ще 25 грн.
В душі вода розбризкується в різні сторони, шторка чи стік води не справляється. Було по гульки води.

Обовʼязково оберу цей же готель якщо поіздка буде запланована в даний район,дякую за сервіс🫶

Все дуже гарно,чисто,затишно,перебування в готелі було рівноцінно домашньому😊
