every was dirty we can to leave because it was dirty the couch bed as well

Friendly staff, beautiful comfortable rooms! Nice showers and love the breakfast:)

Pros:

They over charged us by $690 and we still have not been reimbursed. They did not look to see that we had already paid via booking.com. The management could not be reached and the assistance was bare minimum.

Cons:

Being overcharged and no resolution. Still waiting a month later.

Great potential just falls short.
Pros:

I loved that the staff were mostly friendly. The pool was fun however the chlorine levels where really high the breakfast was good and when we had issues the staff addressed them to the best of their abilities.

Cons:

we had to pay for parking and it wasn't security or covered parking really made my view of the place drop and is the reason I won't be back.
The rooms where and building where needing some repairs.
Hooks hanging from walls, the door knob in our bathroom, the shelves in the shower needed to be recoiled,some missing tile and pieces of the wall paper was peeling and bulging up. Over priced
