We booked this hotel because breakfast was included, so we were disappointed.
Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

The breakfast was not acceptable, bland food at best, tasteless eggs and waffles, pancake machine didn’t work, bacon way overdone, juice machine wasn’t mixing the juice properly. In the room, the air conditioner is too noisy.

Cons:

Front desk didnt seem to know the computer very well. Very poor swimming pool area for seniors. Have to climb flight of stairs to the hot tub then back down to find the switch for jets to come on and then climb flight of stairs back to hot tub. Water wasnt very warm some of the jets not working. No handrails to get to the switch had to walk on slippery concrete. All in all not for seniors or people with walking fis abilities

Pros:

A comfortable, spacious room, ideal for a short stay, while visiting the Dinosaur Provincial Park. Parking available on ste.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, but the use of throw away cutlery , plates and bowls seemed very wastefull. Although it may have been cost effective for the hotel.

A truly exceptional hotel and a fantastic experience overall!!!
Pros:

An excellent hotel! If I could, I'd give it more than 10 stars. From the beautiful ambiance and the thoughtful night light in the bathroom to the excellent breakfast, every detail was wonderful.
