This hotel was an excellent value for a stay in Brooks. Although the furniture and fixtures in the room were dated, this did not detract from our comfortable stay. The room and the bathroom were extremely spacious. Our room was located right next to the elevator, yet was completely quiet from any elevator noise--only occasional hallway noise came through. We loved the breakfast, especially the friendly staff at the omelette station--outstanding! We would stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff were very accommodating. The eating area was not crowded but the key part of breakfast was the menu and as mentioned the staff. The front desk staff at checkin and check out were very nice and pleasant to talk to.
Nothing this establishment met all our requirements.

I loved that the hotel called me a few hours before check in to notify about the pool & hot tub being closed. Then they took some $$ off. Appreciated.
King sized beds?
Location was amazing and I appreciated that it was close to gas stations and amenities. Parking was very available and both check in and check out was quite smooth.
I do wish that breakfast was offered until 11:00, check out time.
I also wish there was a few more cups in the bathroom. I know the was only 2 of us and the room had 2 cups but I wanted to use one to hold my tooth brush.

The sink had rust on it and the carpet was old. The remote for the tv didn’t work but the staff came with their remote to turn it on.
We had a good experience . The price was reasonable, the place was good and quiet, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast service was quick, and the receptionist was nice and welcoming. The kids loved the swimming pool, and we will definitely be back
