Servicio de resepcion muy amable y servicial ,limpieza aceptable,cuartos les recomendaria poner canceles en las regaderas o cortinas mas largas,el servicio de limpieza y (Y POR ESTA RAZO) no RECOMENDARIA EL HOTEL ) MUY MALO me acusaron de robarme una toalla SY! u a toalla de bańo y lo comentaron enfrente de otros huespedes, que a la vez se estaban quejando de otro asunto,que pena todo pintaba muy bien a nuestro arrivo.

Las dimensiones de los cuartos son cómodas, el descanso en el hotel fue esplendido, y lo que no me agrado fue que el estacionamiento se encuentra fuera del hotel y la capacidad no es suficiente, me hablaron por la mañana para mover mi carro.
Solo eso pero muy confortable si nos agrado

Very clean and comfortable and safe. Not expensive. Special yard near hotel to park a car. There is a kitchen but no breakfast served. Easy to walk around interesting town of Hidalgo. No English is spoken in hotel or in town but everyone is very friendly.

Pros:

Regular pues desde que llegamos el recepcionista no fue muy amable y si estaba limpio pero nunca contamos con agua caliente y nos alojaron en el tercer piso mi mamá nos acompaño y no podía subir las escaleras y no tienen elevador
