خدمة المطعم في الفندق سيئة جداً بالنسبة لي مع ان البوفية الإفطار كان جميل لكن المطعم لا يوفر الكثير من الخيارات عند الاتصال الساعة 11 ونص صباحاً أخبروني أن الإفطار سيغلق بعد قليل
وطلبت قهوة في غرفتي وأخبروني أنهم يأخذون رسوم لتوصيل القهوة للغرفة !! وكذالك كان الوقت تقريبا 11:40 صباحاً وطلبت كرواسان وقالو لي لا نوفر الآن .
في يوم أخر نزلت لأتناول الإفطار أعلم أنه يغلق لأن كانت الساعة 12 فطلبت منهم كرواسان أو توست أو أجبان وأخبروني أنهم لا يوفرونهم بعد الساعة 12
وكذالك الجيم لايوجد داخل الأوتيل

The breakfast was alright!
I had an issue with getting the wrong room, this issue was resolved on the next day and i got the same room i got thru booking. The room i initially got was a smoking room, smelled terrible, with a tiny window looking at a wall. Creepy.
Too bad this hiccup happened, it slightly dampened my mood. Otherwise all good after i moved to my room.
The property looks a little beat, like it would definitely benefit from a refresh.

2- الاسعار مرتفعه مقارنه بالفنادق الاخرى مثل ماريوت هيلودي ان والفنادق التراثيه مع العلم ان الفندق عادي جدا جدا
3- بعض دورات المياه تحتاج الى صيانه وتصليح دوري

За 3 дня никак не починили душ, хотя просила дважды на ресепшен и вода была холодная в душе, долго грелась.Эта проблема тоже была игнорирована персоналом
