Good value for price.
Pros:

Great pricing, breakfast varied and good. Kitchen staff friendly. Rooms spacious. Decor nice. VERY spacious shower.

Cons:

1) No signage or map of room location or site facilities locations in lobby; which had to walk around to figure out where everything was. Suggestion: Have signage directly outside elevator doors designating which rooms are which way for those utilizing elevator only, due to mobility issues.

2) Mattress felt more like sleeping on a box spring. NO softness at all.
3) Not enough water pressure for shower hose to work; hose leaking.
4) NO wash rags. Hand/bath towels/mat only.
5) Shower floor needs skid strips to avoid falling through glass shower door.

The cleanliness and central location.

Cons:

I arrived on a dark winters Saturday evening and there was nobody at reception. I had to wait for someone to arrive to hand me my key. Later on I noticed the hotel had sent me an email with instructions to access my key from a safety deposit. Apart from that everything was fine. Thank you

Je connais déjà bien cet établissement. Toujours une super expérience.

Cons:

Je trouve vraiment dommage de ne jamais voir personne dans l'établissement hormis les celles responsables de l'entretien des chambres le matin

Pros:

Sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen. Die Unterkunft einladend und sauber. Beim Buchen habe ich einen Fehler gemacht und für den falschen Monat gebucht. Dies fiel mir leider nicht rechtzeitig auf. Netterweise bekam ich ohne Probleme die Unterkunft, obwohl ich einen Monat zu früh dran war. Vielen Dank nochmal!
